At first everything went great. The owner and an employee came and did the organization wonderfully. After the organization was completed I decided I definitely wanted bi-weekly cleanings. February and part of March went great. I paid each month all at once with no problem until the end of March. Then she disappeared, gave multiple excuses for not showing up if she even responded at all. The final straw happened when unfriended me on Facebook and didn't send anyone in her place to explain or do the last cleaning I had already paid for. I would still be using her if she was more reliable. I guess my mistake was paying for services not rendered. I've given her plenty of time to come do the cleaning or refund my money. The last date of service was March 12 at which time I paid for that cleaning and another one to be done March 26. She has been paid for a cleaning that was supposed to be done on March 26 and it is now May 10th. I've hesitated to post a bad review as I don't like to do so but after being ignored, no refund or cleaning I feel I have to warn others. She hasn't called and as stated previously unfriended me on Facebook after I did ask her when she might come. Very unreliable and unprofessional. She started out so good and ended so bad. I do believe a month is more than adequate for my money to be returned or someone else sent to clean. Could she really be THAT busy? I had honestly planned on using her for as long as she was in business. In all fairness part of the job was done wonderfully but once I started paying ahead everything went bad. I know she can't be as sick as she claims to be as I saw her posting pics on Facebook and she is out and about, not hospitalized at that time and could have even mailed my refund if she didn't want to do the last cleaning or just didn't feel like coming. The worst part was no contact unless I reached out to her first. If you do choose to go with this group just pay as you go and never ahead of time.
