We called and got a response almost immediately. Extremely courteous and helpful on the phone which carried over to the job. I explained it was no emergency, but He arrived shortly. Pouring rain,without hesitation,completed the job. Before leaving he was also kind enough to cover all aspects of proper care of the system. I cannot thank you enough for a job "Well Done"!!!! The quoted price was more than fair and adhered to. Excellent!! Will definitely keep this # for any assistance in the future. We have been ripped off so many time so I really tread lightly when hiring someone for repair. I did some checking around and found a lot of high priced flakes in this field. Darryl and Jackie showed up on time, dug the hole for us , educated us on to dos and not to dos to extend our pump time and unlike others in the past were not trying to make additional sales pitch to get us to buy a lot of unnecessary "crap" ( heehee) to help our septic system . Offered maintenance tips and needs that were all welcomed and would benefit us and not their bank account. They welcome you to inspect, and come get you to check out the work before it is covered back up.Great people who actually gave a quote and stood by it. I don't normally do reviews but they are sooooo deserving of your business and if you are like us, on a very tight budget, these are the people. Thanks again guys ! Good to know there are still honest people out there.
