We returned to our Cosby summer home in April to find the duct work on the ground and never installed properly. Jones did not measure the new Air Handler and it did not fit into the space originally intended. Our heater was set at 50 degrees for the winter while we were at our winter home in Florida. The unit ran the full time we were gone heating the cellar since the duct work was never connected. Total electric bill was $800.00 more than the preceding winter. Jones made repeated attempts to fix the unit to no avail. I finally had to call on another contractor to finish the job for an additional $900.00. Doing a background check his electrical licence expired several years ago. Do not hire this company.
