+ -1 moreI needed shower repaired. I'm in Ohio. My vacation property is in tn.I called Doug 8Am 5/14/2015. He said he would be able to get about 10am. He got there about 1030. My wife had him look at the toilet. It was constantly running. He adjusted it. .Works great. My wife had him check under the house for leaks. No leaks. He had to leave to get parts for shower repair. The shower was not working. Working great now
Description of Work: Repaired shower. Adjusted toilet. checked under house for any water leaks.

+ 2 moreWe had called another plumbing service to repair a septic problem at my mothers and we were VERY unhappy, we called Dougs after we again started having sewer drainage problems soon after the first plumbing company completed the work. Dougs employees were very professional and seemed to care about the situation the prior plumbers had left us in, they quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it at a surprisingly fair price! I did not hesitate to call them when my water heater stopped working, again they were so friendly yet professional and worked quickly and efficiently as a team. They replaced the water heater and corrected some potentially dangerous wiring issues, the water heater and area around it look better than ever. I will absolutely call Dougs again for all my plumbing and electrical needs
