All work was performed and done properly enough to pass an FHA approval. The estimate was a little low but within a reasonable amount. I would suggest that you be prepared for the actual cost be a bit above the original estimate so that you are not upset if it the cost comes in a little higher. They did spend more time at my property than Greg estimated so I was comfortable with the higher cost.

He ended up charging me for extra time. He wasn't very quick. I wouldn't use him again. He did the job fine, but it took him over an hour to install 1 outlet. I think 2 hours to put in an electrical outlet is a bit much. So he ended up coming back and I had to pay for it again. So it was not such a good deal. Whenever I purchased the deal I wanted it done immediately. He didn't show up the first time. He had another emergency but it was shortly after.

First hiring was via a Angieslist offer. I must have been pleased to have rehired them twice after that. A small hidden problem with their previous work was discovered between the 2nd and 3rd visits, which was repaired well, without question or charge, as soon as they were notified. Greg seems solid.

I called and spoke with Greg, he was easy to schedule a time that was convenient for me. He is prompt and on time, that means alot to me considering my schedule. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he made me feel at ease about what was going on with my switch. He also did a great job installing my ceiling fans. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to my friends and family anytime. Thank you Greg and team for all of your help!
