They were fine. They were good. And the man that did it, he got to it and did it and got out of here.

The price was average. They came in and they cleaned my carpets.

We were extremely happy with them. It never looked so good. We love Sean. Sean was our technician and he was so willing to please. I don't know how he never took a break. He just continued to work right through any break-time, so I was very, very pleased with his service. I would want him again because we just love him. They came out when we wanted. I signed the application and they came within a day or two. They called us right away and said they could come the next day, but we needed to clear the rooms and things like that, so they gave us a couple of days to do that. I would definitely use them again. I'm already thinking about doing my upstairs.

They did a good job. The price was average. They were pretty good making sure that they called ahead of time and they were there on time. They carpets were nicely cleaned and they looked like they were brand new almost.

Fantastic!! Easy to schedule, arrived as planned. The individual was professional, very considerate of our furniture, and did a remarkable job. I had heard about this form of cleaning on the radio, and it worked beautifully. In fact, there was an area in our carpet where painters in the past had spilled some brush washing water. It came up beautifully with NO signs of it. I had tried over the months to remove it with no luck. They were amazing.

Very well. Technician was very responsive to my needs and tried hard to clean my dirtiest rug. Exceeded my expectations.

They did a great job, the results were just as they promised.

In 2014 I would have given them an "A". In 2015 they got an "F". My carpets didn't feel clean and were soaking wet? I didn't even recommend them on Facebook. In 2016 I used a different company.

Fantastic! Courteous rep, easy process, and the results were great. Much better than I was expecting considering the age and condition of the carpets. They looked almost new! Will definitely have it done again and have recommended them to many people.

All in all they were pretty good. I can't say they were any better then the other company's I've used.( Sears, Drycon, Service Master,and Stanley Steamer) I'm a property manager and I go with whoever has the best price at the time.

The technician was professional and very nice. The cleaning was much better and seems to have lasted longer than other cleanings. I've been very pleased and plan to use zerorez again.

I was uncomfortable with the pressure to do more, buy more, upgrade. I made my spouse stay home to deal with it. On the other hand, the price (if you can resist upgrading it) is very nice and the job was fine.

I'm very pleased with them. They're very good. I used them three times before, I recommended them to friends, and they just do a really good job in cleaning. When they come clean your carpet, it stay clean. The cost was very reasonable.

The technician arrived on time, he was very polite and explained everything he was going to do. The carpet is old but it turned out way better than expected!

There was a small issue with the tile cleaning. My wife called the office. The owner, Aaron, came to the house to fix the issue. The customer service was phenomenal and above what was expected. We were completely satisfied and will definitely use them again.

I wasn't there, my husband took care of it, and we were not happy at all. He said that first of all the guy was late by half hour to an hour late, and we said that we purchased it through Angie's List, and he argued that this wasn't covered and then after that they went back and forth about the payment, my husband said he would just pay it. After he was finished, I guess he had to call someone in the office, and he came back and said to my husband that he was right and someone would send him the credit. He was argumentative, and then my husband said something about the cleaning, and the guy made a comment that you are not going to get this for free or something like that, he said that his time was worth money. When I came home, I could not see that there was a difference, I couldn't smell or see any difference. We also had them do the tile last year. We had another guy come in and do it and he used something that got the dirt off the grout. When my husband asked about that, the guy said that they put our grout down wrong, and he didn't know what the guy did, but that would ruin the floors. We could not tell that he cleaned the floors. We are not happy at all. I just think it wasn't worth the money that we paid. I will have to have my tile and carpets cleaned, so that is double cost. My husband said he was there about an hour. He wasn't there on time so he was below average. I would not use them again because the quality is not there. I would want the quality for the $199 that I paid.

They were here the end of June 2016. It cost $250. I would not recommend them at all. He wasn't very pleasant to my wife.

The tech arrived within the estimated window, and we received a call before they arrived. We used the "alert" as time to move furniture out of the rooms. In all, it took approximately two hours. I was absolutely amazed at the results. I wish I had taken before and after photos, because it really made a difference. The one negative, if you can call it that, is that it took a little longer than I thought it would to fully dry. But we had them do some really deep cleaning, so it could have been a function of that. All in all I was extremely pleased, and we plan to call them again in a couple months just to stay on a maintenance plan. We were considering getting new carpets, but we're going to hold off on that for a while because now the carpets look so much better.

They came in introduced themselves and went straight to work. Very professional. Did their job and left (did a very good job).

We have a cat who will throw up hairballs, which leave a stain. Zero-Rez was able to remove all stains. The carpets are 19 years old and we have felt that we needed to replace them. However, after the cleaning, the carpets looked so good that we have been able to put replacement off for awhile. Thank you!

While the job they did on our carpets was decent it is what happened after that has me so upset. With our permission we let the tech pull in our front yard in order to bring hoses through the front door. I was later told by the manager that was against policy but the tech never informed us. We he left he ran over the end of our sidewalk breaking it.(There was plenty of room so it wasn't necessary to drive over sidewalk). We took pictures including the tire tracks and called. We were given a email for the manager whom we sent the pictures to. He informed (by email)us we couldn't prove it was them and we informed him we had pics of the tire tracks that could be matched. He agreed to come look at which point he immediately started telling me all sorts of "patches" we could do. I told him I wanted it repaired correctly not patched. He said he would get with his people and get back to me. He finally got back to me via email which was the only way he communicated with us the entire time except when he came to the house, he said the age and condition of the sidewalk were the problem not them driving over it. The sidewalk was structurally sound prior to them running over it. We responded that we would turn it into his insurance and he responded that he would refund our money for services preformed. It's been weeks and we haven't received a check yet. Major lack of integrity within this business, no respect for client or their property.
