Great! They were on time, did a great job, did a little extra and when a spot showed up came back and retreated cheerfully.

They were not the best on odor removal so they could have done a better job on odor removal.

They do a very good job. We really like them. The service is good quality. They don't use chemicals that is what we like about them. They don 't use chemicals that damage those that have allergies, small children and pets. The workers are very friendly and professional.

They've been out twice. The price was fair. The first time they did the steps and what happened was, they used some powered water - no soap or anything like that - but there was a lot of it. So it splashed up against the drywall, along the stairwell and it peeled the drywall. So the second time they came in, I said, "Look, I want you to do the steps again, but just please stay away from the drywall. Do the middle section, kind of like the pathway, about six inches out from each side." So he got done and he said, "I went ahead and did the whole stairway, but was really careful." Well, the same thing happened again. So, that's why I haven't had them back out. For anything else other than stairs, their service is exceptional. They run specials. Except for the stairs, they did a great job.

It was about $450. They were A, definitely. They did a great job. Their techs were very knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. They got in, cleaned the carpets and left. They were very professional and clean. They did an excellent job of moving the furniture that we asked them to move and put it all back.

The price was some sort of big deal and so, I would give them an A. I don't remember what the price was but it must have been good enough for my wife to agreed to it. Only one person came out for the service. He was very professional. The area was clean when he was finished.

They have been great, very outstanding! I have no plans to use anyone else other then them. I like that they come and give a quote but aren't tied into having to do the work right then. My only complaint is that they send a different cleaner each time and sometimes leave the floor a little to wet. Everyone has always been extra helpful and very polite. They always come on time and get right to work.

They did a great job. They were thorough, cleaned where I told them too, and how I wanted it done. They were amicable and nice.

We have used them twice. Both times were excellent - we have a cat who periodically will throw up hairballs, so there was some spotting involved. Our carpets are an off-white and they came out beautifully. In fact, we have been expecting to replace the carpets, but the results looked so good that we have put it off. We also had a recliner chair cleaned - it looks almost new now.

They did a pretty good job. They had like a special and I don't remember what that coupon rate was. It was like 3 rooms and a hallway for 99 bucks or something like that. They did what they said they would do.

In their defense they did come back out and did it again but I will never use them again. They just didn't do it right, they had to spray and it just wasn't done properly. I had two area rugs that they did that are still gummy with the, their work. It was not good at all.

It was one person. It took a few hours. I didn't think things were as clean as they could have been. The service person was very nice and very knowledgeable.

Zerorez, oh that was carpet cleaning yeah, we did use them a while ago and we were not happy at all. It seemed like a scam to me you know we can do it and there is no bad chemicals and then they come out he does his service but then he says well I couldn't get up that, that, that, that and no it's just hot water and so we had to pay and nothing happened so.

We were extremely happy with them. It never looked so good. We love Sean. Sean was our technician and he was so willing to please. I don't know how he never took a break. He just continued to work right through any break-time, so I was very, very pleased with his service. I would want him again because we just love him. They came out when we wanted. I signed the application and they came within a day or two. They called us right away and said they could come the next day, but we needed to clear the rooms and things like that, so they gave us a couple of days to do that. I would definitely use them again. I'm already thinking about doing my upstairs.
