Two of the room had rather old carpet (37 years) used for an office and grandkids playroom, but they cleaned up better than expected. The rest was only 18 months old and cleaned up great.

Zerorez did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. Loved how quickly they dried and with no chemical residue. Technician was great and kept us informed during the entire process. Will definitely hire them again.

Great. Very professional. We were at first a bit upset that our appointment was set for 5:30 PM. We happily had a call that they would be coming early, and were finished prior to 5:30. VERY PLEASED!!

They did a pretty decent job. They were on time. This is the third time they had come out.

He explained on time. It’s one of the best services I’ve received. I used this company because of my grandson who has asthma. They clean without using harsh chemicals. They did everything I asked them to do. The cleaning was great. He explained everything. I couldn’t find any fault. He moved the furniture. He did exactly what he said he was he was going to do. I’ve had some poor experiences in the past from other things around the house. Stuff happening around the house. This is one of the best services I’ve ever received. My daughter recommended them because of her son having asthma and I agree with her.

It went fine. My carpet was fairly new and already clean. I was just trying to keep it that way. The only thing I can really grade them on was the serviceman himself. He was very nice and did a great job. I did not do a lot of checking around of price but I probably could have gotten someone a little bit cheaper. He was on time. I really do feel like I could have gotten a better price since there was nothing special to do. I just think they are a little high.

I had got rid of my carpets later on down the line, so I did not have the opportunity to use them again. I have no idea of the cost, I used their special.

They turned out very well. They were right in line with other company's I called. I was very pleased with the results. Totally professional. That they were on time, they did a great job cleaning my carpets and that's the reason why I am referring them. To do the carpets, probably about, it was only one room, probably about an hour. That is the only time that I have used them, only because I took the carpeting out of my house and I don't have a stitch of carpeting left. I have to take care of wood floors so it's about the same.

It worked out well. They use a zero water type deal. They don't use a lot of chemicals and stuff so it's worked out well for us. It was very good quality. Thy got it , got it done, and got out. They came out when they said were going to do it. It was a quality job. Got the carpets cleaned and didn't have any residue left on it. It probably only took half a day to get the carpets cleaned. He had some comments on some stain type stuff so that was helpful and good.

I am handicapped did not tell me left front door open my dog got out door as I was going to let him out back. They did not seem to care care

Tech showed up on time and completed the job in a timely matter. Will use them again for carpet cleaning.

Initially they cleaned very good, but then they came back when it dried like most of them do. They came back and redid it but it still did not solve the problem. Something that the previous owners left in the carpet, we can't get it out. It was okay. My interaction with them was fine. I use to do this for a living. If it didn't come out, it's not going to come out, they should have been able to tell us this upfront.

I wasn?t real happy with the job they did. They need to improve on getting the stains up. They weren?t even really stains, but some of the areas was the whole reason I hired a professional company to do it. They just didn?t do a good job. I think the guy that was doing it was a beginner, maybe. I just wasn?t very enthused about it. He kind of went through it quickly. I wouldn?t use them again, put it that way. I think at that time it was $99 for 3 rooms and a hallway, maybe. I really don?t have a hallway, it is a tiny, little hallway with three rooms surrounding it. Then he charged me extra for a closet which the only area that he did. There was stuff in the closet, but the area that he did that I needed done was only about 2 x 3 feet. It was a tiny, little area. He did it very quickly and I got charged $15 extra or whatever it was and he didn?t even get the area clean.

They were phenomenal. I have carpets cleaned for 30 some years. I have never seen a process or end result like theirs. Price is excellent. They got my carpets far cleanlier then any carpet company ever has. They got the carpets cleaner then the other company a month ago.
