They were great! Extremely professional and courteous. The work was started and completed in one day and everything was thoroughly cleaned and removed. The windows are beautiful and the quality of the product and service was impeccable. We are having additional windows replaced by Window World this summer. One thing I particularly like about the company is that the sales and installation people are the same each time, and we have been able to develop a trusting relationship with them. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

it went well. i chose this company after doing considerable research on replacement windows in general as well as on specific window companies. the salesperson for window world came promptly, answered all my questions, and did not use hard-sell techniques. he measured, put in the order, and the windows were ready within the time given me. the installation crew was and competent, and in spite of being short-handed, completed the job in around 5 hours. i ordered 13 windows, but the wrong size was sent and it had to be reordered.

The intial consultation went very well. I had already had an estimate from another company but the Window World rep was very helpful in determining what my needs were and how best to go about my specific project. He did not try to sell my anything I did not need and actually talked me out of an added option which he explained that I really did not need which was much appreciated. I ordered the windows the same day and put down the intial deposit 50%. I had a special size window which he said he was not sure how much it would be but he estimated the cost and it ended up being less than the original estimate. About two weeks later they called to setup the install date and we agreed on a day. The day of the installers called to tell me they were on their way and then later to tell me that their trailer had a broken axle and they would be there as soon as it was repaired. They were able to come the next day which was fine and did a great job.They worked very quickly but not recklessly. After they were finished they had me inspect each window and talked me through how they worked a maintenance tips. They were very helpful and cleaned up after themselves.

Steve Adams with Window World came out and gave a short but thorough presentation of the windows. Four weeks later all eleven windows were installed within 4 hours. Besides having to pick up a handful of aluminium shavings left on the ground under the windows, we were pleased with the work.

I called to schedule for an estimate, and we set up an appointment for the next week. The sales person was punctual. He measured, gave me an accurate estimate and we ordered windows immediately. We had wanted to use them specifically because the previous owners of our house had replaced three of our windows and we wanted the five new ones to match. The windows arrived and were installed within one month, with installation taking approximately 3.5 hours. The workmen were efficient and did a decent job.

Window World of Nashville was a dream to work with. They came on time and were professional and courteous. I was happy that they cleaned up all of the mess. Their prices were excellent. I would highly recommend them to other members.

The windows they installed are double paned glass, which makes them very economical for heating and air conditioning purposes. The workers were pleasant and careful. They also, came with a lifetime guarantee, no matter how the breakage occurs, which is fantastic. I prefer not to discuss price, but it was very fair compared to others we had checked.

I think they were very professional. Window World came when they said they would, and did the work that they needed to do in a timely manner. I would, and have, recommended them to family and friends.

Window World did great. They showed up when I needed them to, and helped make the whole remodeling process go a lot smoother. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

Window World did a great job as far as getting the job done on time. The windows look great. I don't know a lot about how good of a job they did, but they haven't fallen out and they don't leak, so I guess they did a good job.

Window World was fair and stood behind their work. I have a lifetime warranty on the windows. They cleaned up after themselves. I would refer them to others.

I liked the window installation but the wrapping of the windows was not as professional as a job as the window replacement. They did a good job on clean up before they left.
