Window World of Middle TN

It was an excellent experience. They were reliable, prompt, professional and skilled. They were very reasonably priced and their work is exceptional.

After I left my place of business early in order to meet them they did not show. They did not call to say that they were running late or couldn't make the appointment. There was no effort on their part to reschedule. I left a detailed voice mail message at their business to inform them of my displeasure with such a colossal customer service failure on their part. They did not call me back and no formal apology was ever extended. Only when I filed my complaint with the corporate headquarters in North Carolina did they attempt to contact me by phone. Their voice mail message indicated that they had no record that I ever had an appointment scheduled with them. I would never do business with a company that is this grossly incompetent and uncaring. i will never recommend their service or products.

It took several visits from the salesperson before we made a decision to go with Window World. We researched and talked to at least 4 different companies before we made our final decision. Our salesman was very patient and made extra trips out to our home. He assured us that the install would be a breeze and that we would love the windows. The installation did not go as planned. We were told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 days to complete. Because of the many mistakes, it took 3 days to finish over a period of a month. It started with 6 wrong windows being ordered, some windows were scratched (which were all replaced as promised). I was glad I was there because 2 windows were put in the house that were not the low e gas and the low e ones were put in the garage. Had they taken off the stickers we would never have known. The wrap on the front windows wasn't done how we had requested. There were many mistakes big and small and it was just very unprofessional. I was very upset with how things went. I called and complained and I was asked to write everything down and e-mail it to them. I did and they assured me that everything would be fixed. They sent out a new crew when the windows came in and I was very happy with the new crew. They were polite and did a good job and were very nice. I would rate the second crew that came out much higher but we should have had a good experience from the beginning. Most of the mistakes were very preventable. The new crew had to rip out all the wrap on the bottom of the windows in the front and re-do them. Even though everything eventually got fixed and replaced and the install manager called to apologize about the unprofessional job the first time around, it didn't quite make up for all the extra work it caused me and the time spent dealing with all of this. The clean-up inside and out, hanging and taking down curtains, cleaning the windows, moving furniture. I should have only had to do that once, not twice. I feel an apology wasn't enough, a discount on the balance should have been offered as a courtesty. All in all, we like the windows and are happy with them. Our salesman came out himself and put in the new window to replace a scratched one and he was very apologetic that it was not a good experience for us and promised us that we would receive excellent service in the future if anything ever goes wrong. I believe that they will make good on the promise. I would probably use Window World again but I would make sure I was there to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

From order to installation was probably two weeks.

It was a really easy transaction. I upgraded to the Low E and Argon gas windows and had a color change but even those options kept the price well within my expectations. The installation crew was A+++++++++ .

The experience was all right. They charged for the grids and all that other stuff. The man that came to my house wasn't all that professional. I complained about him because he didn't tell me that the grids were extra. He told me that most people buy windows without grids and asked me if I wanted grids or not. I said okay that I would go with the new look. Then I went rode around and saw other houses that didn't have grids in the windows, I called and said that I wanted grids because my house needed grids. They told me it was over $40 a grid, which was a lot of money. He also did some other things that I didn't like. I had a little argument with the big boss concerning his professionalism. I think his name was Jim. The subcontractors that put the windows in were great but I think I will look somewhere else next time.

I found their name on Angie's List, called and had them in the next day. Went through options and ordered. Windows came in on time and were installed a few days later. Excellent!

Delighted with result. We had three bids, Window World was competitive, installed on time, cleaned up well. We were very impressed that they installed 20 windows in one day - job well done.

I am very impressed with the quality and installation of the windows. The original installation date had to be rescheduled due to a crew member being ill, and then on the actual install date they arrived two hours late. Regardless, the guys were very pleasant and very efficient. I was very impressed by their energetic work pace. After the installation was complete (it was about 8:30pm and dark outside) I noticed the next day that one window needed additional caulking. I mentioned this to the follow up rep and she told me that someone would be contacting me to return and re-caulk. That never happened, and I needed to call them back. Window World came out the next day and resolved this. I will replace remaining windows on the back of home next year and there is no question that Window World will be back to replace these windows too.

The job was excellent. They came in, they did the whole thing in a couple of days and the windows ended up looking good. They had to do some caulking inside and out and they did a good job there. They did it in such a way to keep out of our way. There was an issue after they left that showed up. I called them and they took care of it within a couple of days. I have no problem with them.

Overall, the job went real well. They installed them very nicely and my windows look great. I was very pleased. They were reliable, professional and easy to communicate with. I would use them again in the future if needed.

The quality of the windows were good. There have been no issues with the windows since their installation. I would use their services again in the future.

I liked their windows. The product was good. The combination of the trim and glass was good. I liked the energy efficiency. It was a very thorough presentation. They were very detailed about what I would get and when it would happen. They provided good information.

Window World called the morning of the scheduled installation day to tell us that they would not be there that day because the installer was in an accident. A crew came 7 days later and installed the window. We were happy with the work done. The crew was careful and the quality of the work was good. We had ordered slate trim. The crew leader advised us to change to white since all our other exterior trim is white. We agreed and he sent a worker to pick up white trim material. We appreciate his attention to detail and the trouble he went through to remedy our mistake. One of the windows has a crack through the vinyl. The crew leader pointed this out to us and said he would order a replacement. We have not made final payment because we are waiting for the replacement. The crew was not able to complete the installation in one day, but they returned a few days later and completed the job (except for the window with the crack).

I spent around $7000 on that work. My overall experience was an A. They were scheduled to come out but called and told us that they had to finish off the work elsewhere and that they would come by that afternoon. But they did not make it that day and came the next day. They finished the job professionally. The only bad mark was the salesman. He told us that as long as we signed the contract we would be able to get the $1500 checks credit as long as we find the document at the end of the year. When my husband checked on that, he found that it was not true. I am not sure if he did not know, which he was supposed to have, or he was just pushing us to sign the contract.

They were very fast and efficient. They were on time. They came and did the job. Once they did the job, the job was done. That was the end of the story. Their price was more inexpensive than the competition.

We met with them but we are not working with them. It was in the ballpark of what the other companies wanted for complete replacement; they were not any cheaper. They were timely. They were polite and punctual. They were quick and tried to be as informative as possible. There was no heavy sales pitch. I don't know if I would contact them again.

They were excellent. I would give them top grades on everything.

They did a great job. I spent a little under $5,000 on that work and my experience with them was really good. They came out and measured and then came out and did the work all in one day and also cleaned up after themselves. One of the moldings on the outside of the house came loose because my house is brick and I called them. They sent somebody right out and had it replaced, so they guarantee their work.

They were prompt, professional and helpful. They did everything that they said they were going to do. They came in around quarter after eight in the morning and were done by noon that day. They cleaned up after themselves and overall I was satisfied. Their price was midrange for energy efficient windows.

I wasn?t thrilled with their job because it seemed fine when the windows were installed but then we found some flaws. They had done a bad job of wrapping the top of the windows and didn?t put the caps on the top of the windows. The water could get in through the wrapped window frames which would obviously damage the home. So I think they did a poor job. However, they were responsive as well as punctual. I would not use their services in the future.

Very professional work, looks great, cleaned up well after themselves, and put in all 18 windows in 6 hours. We're delighted with the work and quality.

As advertised. No triucks. No phoney sales pitch, Just quality product with quality installation! On time. ASt price agreed. Outta here with ngreat job and cleanup. All were very friendly and professional Could not be better.

Overall the product is great, workmanship was good with a few minor issues. Window World has agreed to correct the minor issues.

They were very professional and not pushy.
