+ -1 moreWest Side Electric Service / Jerry Bone were great at every level. It was Saturday morning 2/20/21 first warm day in a week 34 degrees. NES responded quickly and determined issues with meter box. They do not repair meter box. NES disconnected my service and said “call an electrician”. I called West Side Electric Service. It was Saturday morning Jerry answered the phone and had his men there in less than 2 hours. The repair was timely, professional and the price was fair. Very pleased. Will recommend and use again. THANKS
Description of Work: My outside meter box lugs/connectors were fried. Power to my house was reduced.

+ -1 moreWe had an appointment for 11:00. The guy never showed up and never called. I took off work, got home at 11, waited for an hour and called. No answer. Waited another hour and called. Finally, someone answered and offered no explanation and no remedy. I

+ -1 moreI got some ridiculously high estimates from other electricians, and then someone told me about West Side. They came, looked it over, and just fixed it. And charged less than $100.00. No fuss, no muss, no waiting. A bargain, and it is doing fine. It was not a temporary fix, it is doing great still.
Description of Work: Reattached the main electric line to the house where a falling tree had pulled it loose.

Description of Work: I spoke with the company three times to get an estimate on trenching and running electrical and camera lines. They still have not submitted the proposal.

+ 0 moreGreat, can not complain. Work is done as expected. If parts or something else needed, they will let you know when to expect job finished. Keep you in the loop.
Description of Work: West Side does a variety of work.. Repaired heating/cooling systems, installed lights, installed and updated fuse boxes, . I use them not only for home but business. (small retail sporting goods store). Repaired and installed lighting in store, alarm system. Never a job too big or too small. Prices always fair and work done professionally. Highly recommend, been using them LONG time.

+ -1 moreOverall, it went really well. I sometimes still have issues with my HVAC unit but they were not the ones that originally installed it so I would not relate this to my experience with them. It is a little pricey though to have them come by for an hour or so to repair an issue with the air not switching over to cool in the summer or heat in the winter. Other than that, the experience was great. They were very professional and were reliable to arrive on time and complete the work needed.
Description of Work: They completed the re-wiring of my house along with the heating and cooling. They came recommended by codes after my first contractor was found not to have a license and completed horrible work. They were very professional and were willing to step in and take over where the previous electrician had done work that was incorrect. I have been told that it is hard to find someone to take over a bad job sometimes so they really did a great job getting everything corrected and done for what I thought was a reasonable price. They have also been out a couple additional times when other issues were discovered and corrected them at no additional charge.

+ 0 moreWestside Electric Service overbooks their servicemen. The guys who came here were 2 hours late, but they were very nice and apologetic. Then they realized they didn't have the right tools, so they had to come back at a later date. Again, they were late. They were a little sloppy looking, but again very nice. I blame the company for the delays, not the servicemen.
Description of Work: They installed a ceiling fan and repaired a short in the wires.

+ -1 moreWestside Electric provided me with excellent workmanship. They were timely and tidy. After the new fixtures were installed they cleaned up everything to make sure they didn't leave a mess. The service people were very pleasant and nice.
Description of Work: Westside electric came to my home to move two old fixtures from an older less frequented room. They installed the old fixtures in the room that I needed them in.
