+ -1 moreTom and his crew were on time and completed the work in one very long day. He followed up in a few days to make sure everything was okay and sent someone back to make some adjustments to the electronic filter.
Description of Work: Replaced gas furnace, central air conditioning and thermostat for my home. Tom Watson provided written estimates with several options as I had requested within a few days. He went through each of the options and provided information and did not make an attempt to sell anything. He was very thorough and professional in both the estimation of the job and in the actual installation. I ended up purchasing a variable speed 2 stage furnace, 16 seer 2 stage split unit air conditioning system and electronic filtration system.

+ -1 moreI started using Watson Electric 10 years ago when I had a heating system failure. Through Watson Electric I was able to determine that I was being hood-winked by another service company and charged for materials and labor that had not been performed. Subsequent services by Watson Electric have always been of the highest quality, very fairly priced, on time and with a high degree of professionalism. There have been two instances during that period of time when owner Tom Watson actually came out a provided emergency service himself when the staff was not available. Tom has, on numerous occasions, taken time out of his busy day to talk with me on the phone about questions I have had. Not many owners will do that for their customers. I have recommended Watson Electric to my friends in hopes they would take advantage of their quality service organization. I have relied on one particular technician (Wayne) for the past seven years.
Description of Work: I use Watson Electric Service for all my heating and air conditioning needs. I have used them twice yearly for my heating and cooling system check-ups. I have also used them for replacement heating and cooling system as well as emergency service.
