No pick up some weeks. Excuses go from truck broke down, driver quit, to "running behind". First of 2018, no pick up. Trash outside for two days. Today Thursday, called and and the automated system says they are behind, then followed prompts to speak with a person and they hung up. The absolute worst. The company they bought, Titan, was bad too.

Like many have noted, their service is inconsistent at best. Missed our recycling pickup multiple times, had to call in to have it picked up. The bigger issue is that we were turned into a collections agency AFTER we made our 3 month payment to them. Payment was due 1/24/17, I paid on 2/20/17, and we received a collection notice dated 2/2217 (less than 30 days since the bill was due). Incredibly tacky and crass method to collect payments. No email reminders, no courtesy call, nothing. I use a free invoicing software for my business and it allows me those features at the click of a button. Instead they opted to send us to collections over an $81 bill. I understand and accept responsibility that our payment was late, but it's incredibly bold to take that kind of action with a customer when you barely hold up your end of the bargain and provide such poor service. There are many other courses of action they could have taken, I will be looking for a new service.

When I called they put me on eternal hold. So they can look at their GPS to see if my trash was picked up. Hello? The reason of my call is due to the fact they didn't pick it up. Not a good experience with this company. Terrible customer service.
Description of Work: This is the 3rd time they haven't picked up our trash. The first time I just waited until the next week. The second time I called and was treated like garbage by Yalonda. This time (#3) I'm calling them to pick up their container. We had Grays which was wonderfull, but they were bought by this company.
