He laughed and asked me where was my husband and why wasn't he taking care of it. Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
Description of Work: I called to ask about getting a tree removed that had fallen on my house.

We say this with all sincerity THERE IS NO TREEMAN ALIVE THAT WOULD REALLY WANT SOMEONE'S HUSBAND TO REMOVE A TREE FROM THE ROOF WHEN THE INSURANCE WILL PAY THEM DIRECTLY AND ACCEPT ABOVE AVERAGE PRICES FROM COMPANIES WITH OUR QUALIFICATIONS. We don't really know who this person is and the information provided from her is false. That is our old business address that she lists as hers. We are concerned that something irrational is present. In any case we sincerely regret that our professional customer rep came across that way. What was not conveyed to her and may seem foreign is that the gentlemen is from deep Central Texas and a true cowboy and from a family of military officers which emphasizes many lost graces. His cultural sensibility is to not step into help a 'damsel in distress' without first giving a certain 'Texas' type consideration to the old school sensibility of entering in without 'tipping his hat' to the idea that he would also honor the gentlemen of the house. By and large most of our female clients find the notion of his chivalry charming. We sincerely apologize but what we don't know why this person has unlike any other customer gone out on every single social media site we have look at in order to vilify him over his social blunder - it was very short conversation . She never contacted our office or anything. We hope that this is not her normal disposition because we would like to learn from our genuine mistakes and feel we can learn little from a vindictive libelous remarks intent on harming our company for no good reason.

They did an excellent job and they came in and did their work in a timely fashion. I thought it was going to be a big hassle but I was barely disturbed during the whole process. They were very receptive and open to any questions. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: They removed two trees from my back yard. The trees were Hade Berry, they were removed completely. The company disposed of them and the projector only took one week.
