Kelly was AMAZING!!!! My husband and I are first time home-buyers so we had no idea what we were doing. We met her at an open house and then set up a meeting over coffee to just talk about the process. I came with 2 pages of questions and she patiently went through every one with us!! It took over 2 hours and we had not committed to using her as our Realtor but she was still willing to talk us through the home-buying process. She hooked us up with a mortgage lender so we could get a better idea of our price point and talked to us about what we wanted and how realistic that would be in our budget. We weren't in a hurry to move but she still took the time to show us houses when we wanted to see them. We ended up really loving a house, going into a multiple offer situation, and getting picked by the sellers! I know this is because Kelly spent time telling the other agent about us and how much we loved the house (even though she was on vacation with her family at that time!!). Ultimately that house fell through because of repairs we could not afford but she quickly found us a new home that we love!! We could not be happier with our home and our experience and will definitely be using her in the future if we decided to move again.
