 + -1 moreThey referred me to my other doctor. They do not deal with my condition. I realized that they were helping me. They weren't appropriate for me. They were kind and pleasant. They couldn't do anything for me so, they sent me to my doctor. I got in quickly. They are big and they had people to guide me to where I needed to go. 0
Description of Work: Vanderbilt Clinic Plastic Surgery do plastic surgery and they do not do cosmetic. They did do a consultation. 0

Description of Work: I had a very good experience with this doctor. I had a tummy tuck and could not be more pleased. He did an excellent job getting rid of the excess skin, fat, and muscle sag. He is friendly and is old enough to know what he is doing. His staff is nice and helpful. I am pleased enough to have scheduled a face lift with him at the end of this month. I will let you know how that goes.

 + -1 moreA patient is their best advocate and trust your "intuition" when you don't think something is correct! Doctors don't always know best!
Description of Work: Dr.Jason Wendel had put in implants for my reconstruction that he chose the size! We never discussed it...I told him he was "stretching me too big, that I just wanted to be a full cup B again". He said "I'm gonna make you look good" and winked at me and put his hand up making the gesture a-okay symbol with his thumb & forefinger. He made me too big for the thin skin that he & the breast surgeon left me with.I was told by the Cleveland Clinic that with the skin I was left they probably shouldn't have even done implants. The Cgreater than Cgreater than doctor said during my surgery they knew I was having a reconstruction and they still left me too skin thin! They also put the Alloderm (freeze-dried and irradiated cadaveric dermis)cadaver skin in the wrong places.Cleveland Clinic Doctors said they couldn't believe what they did to me. The following April,just 4 months later I had to have a revision of all and made smaller!! A doctor at Baptist in Nashville also looked at me and said he thought it was a terrible job and said "Jason knows better than this"!! He was a Very nice empathetic man ( I truly liked him)but with a huge god complex and does what HE wants! I trusted them to do what is best but even my husband and I had to tell him to stop making me bigger and he finally agreed the 2nd to the last "fill" to stop after we said NO more!!They wouldn't even let me talk with him about any of this they were ready to have me go the next step and have nipple surgery and 3 plastic surgeons said that would have been the biggest mistake resulting in catastrophe. I cancelled that surgery on my own.

 + -1 moreDr. Hagan is technically a master plastic surgeon with an excellent aesthetic eye. His prices are reasonable, and on one occasion he adjusted the price downward substantially when I couldn't afford the procedure. You can save even more by having local anesthesia. Like many Vanderbilt docs he is more professorial than outwardly friendly.
Description of Work: Restylane collagen injection was excellent. Face lift 11 yrs ago was excellent Buttock lift 1 yr ago was excellent Chin implant 10 yrs ago was excellent Mastectomies & breast reconstruction were excellent Blepharoplasty 9 years ago was excellent
