+ -1 moreI spoke to a very nice company representative on the phone in the AM explaining my need for a home security system in a new home I am purchasing in the next two weeks. I I gave them all of the details in order to provide a quote. Later in the afternoon I had not received a quote and emailed the representative for an update. She replied that she was leaving for the day, but no mention of my quote status. The next day I reached out again and informed them that they apparently are not interested in my business. No reply to my last email

Description of Work: They designed and installed the security system in my house. They also spent several hours setting it up and teaching me to use it.
