Description of Work: After accepting the terms of service it took them several days to come out for the service. On the day of the service they were to provide herbicide, fertilizer, and soil conditioner. Less than an hour after, it rained for several hours. The weeds greatly appreciated the fertilizer. I called and complained 3days later about how the weeds grew much worse. I was told it could take additional treatments before I could see results. After I stood my ground, they agreed to do a follow up treatment within 48hrs. On the day of the follow up, the tech called and informed me that he could not retreat the ground do to EPA regulations. When I called to schedule the re-retreatment, I was told that I would not receive another treatment until I paid for the first one. The customer service center and the local tech centers are not on the same page. Promises where made by one that were not honored by the other. I will not use this disservice again.
