Mr Turner was very professional and very informative. He was in and out in about an hour. He answered all our questions and explained the work he was doing. He had the necessary parts on hand to complete the work. He called before he came and he was on time for his appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

This is the BEST vendor of any kind weâ ve ever hired in the Franklin area. Within 2 hours of submitting our request, we had Frank on-site completing repairs and servicing our gas fireplace and we were up and running. Incredible customer service and experience. I have already booked another appointment for my parentsâ home. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
