Frank Turner is honest and “old school”, and did not try to sell me on a whole new chimney insert, but cleaned things up after we burned a creosote log. Then repaired our wood fireplace floor. Great guy. Honest.

He took time to assess the condition of the fire place and communicated very well. The fireplace had not been serviced in 10 years and when he left it was functioning properly.

Work was done very well and professionally. It was a little bit more expensive than I thought. However, they were able to arrive quickly and get the job done. All things work now and look great.

Our fireplace hadn't been serviced in a long time. Frank came the day after we had our initial conversation and he came out the next day. He found a defective part, replaced it and did a very thorough cleaning and made sure the fireplace was fully functional and safe to operate. He was an excellent choice to service our gas fireplace.
