Frank was there on time. Did the work the same day and he knew what he was doing. He explained how to work our new equipment. He did a great job!

He came right on time....and I had just booked the previous afternoon when my fireplace pilot went out. The price was fair. While here, he told me what things needed to be done to relight the pilot, and recommended maintenance for the log set. He cleaned up everything, and my fireplace is working beautifully. He did not try to strong arm me to buy additional services. Would definitely recommend.
