This technician was a scammer. Telling me I need to spend thousands and thousands to repair. I hired him on a weekend because the vendor where I initially purchased was closed. I chose not to spend the money he said was absolutely necessary. He also attempted to scare me that my gas logs were dangerous. I called to get a second opinion on Monday, and they fixed it - no charge and there was nothing wrong with my system except user error (It was not lighting the pilot appropriately)

Frank's expertise was evident when he came to appraise the project. He converted a nonfunctional fireplace back to wood-burning, arrrived on time, finished hours sooner than I anticipated and left the house spotless (despite years of soot and debris in the chimney!) I would use him again happily.
