Frank was incredibly responsive in my request to get service performed on our gas log fireplace that just did not light up any longer. He was able to come by within a couple of days. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it during that visit. It cost quite a bit more than I had anticipated but I got the result I was looking for and within days as opposed to the weeks other companies were quoting. Frank was great!

Mr. Frank Turner with Touch of Class Fireplace provided great service, and explained things to me. He let me choose what I wanted done with my gas fireplace. I choose to change out my old gas unit to a new gas log unit. I found that from 12:07P when he arrived to 2:27P when he left I had fire and warmth with a new gas log unit. He finished everything in that time period instead of still having to wait for someone to show up. I will be using the services of this company again in the future.

He was quick, thorough, and polite. Take note that he does clean from the inside, but cleaned up everything thoroughly.

Frank came out the same week that I called. He was on time and was very thorough in his work! He really knows what he is talking about. This was a repair on a ventless propane fireplace ---within an hour he had a new part installed and it was up and running! He was also very nice and professional. Highly recommend!!!!!
