Performed diagnostic on vented gas fireplace. There had been no maintenance service on this Lennox unit since install in 2014. Frank cleaned and made corrections to system.

Frank is AWESOME! We'd been told the only way to fix our mom's gas fireplace was to tear down the chimney, replace flashing, & rebuild it. Ha! Frank with Touch of Class came in without a month-long appt and fixed in in under 2 hours. It didn't need flashing at all; we'd never had a rain leak anyway. Frank knew exactly how to refurbish it and had suggested a remote control if we wanted one. My mom has been wanting her fireplace fixed for several years but it was cost prohibitive. Today's service was at least half the amount & it was done today!! Merry Christmas Mom! And to Frank too!

Frank Turner was friendly and did great work. I knew the initial charge before he arrived for cleaning and diagnosing the problem with my fireplace. As it turns out, my fireplace needed a simple wall switch to turn the gas on /off. I was taken aback at the $300 price for a simple switch. I felt somewhat obligated to take the switch since the work was not complete. My bottom line opinion is that Touch of Class does good work but overcharges for parts.

Fairly expensive job, but our gasâ s logs had never been properly cleaned and we also needed some essential repairs to switch. etc. We definitely recommend Touch of Class!
