Called and he came a day earlier than scheduled. Was very professional and went right to work. Cleaned 2 gas fire places and got them started quickly. One had a major part that needed replacing and he had it. Replaced a fireplace clean out door that was an odd size plus an ash dump door. Kept everything clean. Really liked his work and give it the highest marks. I didnâ t ask the cost of the things we wanted done in addition to the service call and was surprised at the final cost was more than I would have estimated. So excellent work but suggest confirming cost so you arenâ t surprised. But overall for the excellent workmanship, I am satisfied and would recommend him.

Frank delivers amazing and unbelievably rapid service, less than 24 hours in my case. Other fireplace repair vendors had all said this fifteen year old fireplace couldn't be fixed as no parts would be available. Sent pictures to Frank and he brought all parts with him INCLUDING the "brain" that had gone out on this top of the line system. LOST your key? No problem...Frank has one for you. Unit too old for remote? No problem..he has several. Need a maid? No problem as Frank cleans meticulously after the work...even both sides of the glass and both vent louvers. Don't listen to the "buy a new set from me and oh yeah, we will probably have to completely rip out the entire firebox". Like new at a fraction of new set costs. Frank is prompt and clean in his work. My gas insert fireplace was not lighting up anymore. He did blow out the system to clean it and boy do the flames shoot out much more than before. I asked if he could lower the flame as the whole fireplace felt oddly hot. He said it was not an option with my model. This seems strange since it was not an issue before the cleaning out of the burner holes. His pricing is on par with some others I called, definitely not cheap. Seems odd that he can not give a receipt until end of day, I asked him to use his business card for that purpose when I gave him my payment. Upon further review and have for 15 min it is clear it was not dine correctly they whole area including the remote was so hot the electrical control box would not work. Upon calling Frank to inform him the about what happened the night before he got defensive and irate and would not fix the problem plus he started yelling at me and accusing me of being the problem, (stated he was doing this for 45 years and blamed me for a non functioning fireplace). Do not use this guy! Also ask for his Business license, before letting him do any work.

Frank was so good about explaining everything and getting my gas logs working. I was on a time restraint and he was able to come early and get everything taken care of so I had plenty of time before my appointment. Would highly recommend. Great knowledge and service

Frank was friendly and knowledgeable about fireplaces. He answered all my questions in detail. Frank came out the next day after my call. The only criticism is that he never gave me a receipt or a quote. As a result what I received was not exactly what I expected. Frank worked to make it right and give me what I wanted. In the end I am a happy customer and would be glad tp work with him again.

Frank was the consummate gentleman and professional. A true craftsman in his field. Prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Frank explained all the possible options for repair and offered his advice and then completed the job on site. Highly recommend.
