Felt very much like a small business rather than a mega service company. The technician gave his in-truck cell number and stayed in touch when going to pick-up parts and making another emergency call. We got great service and still saved $130 over the furnace repair estimate from our previous company. I have no reservations in giving the highest kudos to Total HVAC and will have them back when needed.

In spite of some challenges to installation, this company went far beyond any expectations to satisfy the customer. I know that they sacrificed profit (actually lost money) in order to keep their word. INTEGRITY is how I would classify this firm.

Total HVAC was great. They explained all of my options and beat the competition on price. The guys who installed my HVAC were professional and even put those booty things on their shoes when they came into the house. I was impressed that they installed the HVAC when they said they would and they did a great job of setting expectations and communicating with me during the entire project.

Excellent from the very beginning - received a call within minutes of requesting services. The quote was realistic from the beginning. We actually had another professional at the house who seemed a bit concerned as to whether he could assist us with our unique system - when Kenny from Total HVAC arrived, the professional already at our house recognized him and said, "Now this is the guy you should hire, he can do anything!" Prompt service, work came in UNDER quote and the original quote was better than all three of the other quotes we received.

The tech - Hal - did an excellent job. My furnace is back to running well. The problem - a clogged condensate trap - was not an easy one to analyze. He was able to solve it

we are truly pleased with all the work HVAC did for us. They installed one furnace in our upstairs and a furnace/air and the upstairs air unit outside. The work they did was very professional. When they finished every thing was cleaned up and if not for the new equipment they installed you would'nt know anyone had been here. Great work, and great people.

They did the work that we requested with profeesionalism. However communication with customers needs to be worked on. I had to call them to see why I had not heard from them concerning my scheduled job for the day and then was given two stories as to why they were late past their 2 hour window.

On time, friendly, courteous and did a great job in quick order. Quoted on Friday, project completed on Monday. Excellent service!
