Your tech performed an inspection of my heating unit only. He was courteous and knowledgeable. No problems were found so I have nothing further to evaluate. He appeared to be doing all the checklist items listed on your ad. I have no complaints. I was happy that he didn't try to find something extra to bill me for.

Technician Johnny was polite and friendly. Call center had quick response and he was there within a few hours. Completely explained the problem and resolution the same day. Great service compared to other HVAC people I have dealt with in the past.

They were quick to come give me a free estimate, and scheduled and performed the work in a very timely manner. They were very friendly and stayed within the estimate they gave me.

The gentleman had to come back to repair what he originally fixed. We feel that he should have done a better job and saved us the time and trouble of having a miniature flood in our kitchen. Other than that, he was fine. Not excellent, but adequate.

excellent service - very prompt. gave best option for my problem although it meant hiring another company to pump out septic. Came right back out same day because that did not entirely fix the problem and prorated bill to include initial diagnosis instead of charging me twice. Brent was very courteous and went above and beyond to fix problem.

The service tech called me before arriving, arrived on time, provided a very fair estimate of the work, went the second mile to resolve problems that came up during the installation of my new water heater, retained a professional and courteous attitude throughout, cleaned up after the job, and letf with everything done he said he would do. I can't think of any better service I have received from a plumbing company. I'm seriously thinking about letting Total HVAC do my HVAC work as well as my plumbing from now on.

the sales rep was on time with the intial appoitment. He arranged installation quickly since our unit was out. The installation crew was very professional and courteous, they arrived on time and finished that day ,even with the fact it was snowing.

My problem turned out to be a small one, and he figured it out so fast I couldn't believe it!!! I knew from my past expierence with Total HVAC that I would get excellent service at a fair price. I love this company, especially Mike Ward. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and I'm sure I'll be calling them againfor future needs.

Able to meet me on my price for my York Unit. Willing to get out to my house day of hiring and install the unit. Three guys were on the job and it took about 4 hours to complete. Great crew and impressive work ethic as the temps were in the low 30s. They were on time, polite and very professional. I would recommend this team of professionals highly.
