Today is Sunday October 6, 2013. I just read this review. I received an email from Angie's list stating "Titan Gate & Fence has a new or updated review!" I signed in and found this comment. I really do not know how to respond. The comment is nearly a year old (Nov. 1, 2012). I really just cannot figure out us not getting this person a quote. The fence business slows down in Oct - February and every lead is very precious. The writer states the cost of the fence would be $5000. We would be all over a job of that size. So, I can only respond that I have no answer. We do our best to give quotes, follow up and work out any issue. Brent
