The water mitigation team did an excellent job and was very courteous. I would definitely rate the water mitigation part an A. I wish that I could have rated our entire experience as an A, but we did not have as good as of an experience with the restoration side of things. The company uses different subcontractors do to the restoration work. Mike, the salesman, was very professional, prompt, and courteous, even when we didn't see eye to eye. The issues we encountered was with the main subcontractor who did some of the work around the house. The company used several subcontractors that were great (the drywall and flooring guy). However, the subcontractor that was on site most of the time and who also did some of the work was very unprofessional. He actually cussed me out over the phone. I felt his work was that of a handyman, not a professional craftsman. With the amount of money we were spending I expected more quality work. He carried off several boxes of unused flooring and lied to the salesman that he had taken it, even though he expected us to pay for it. I am glad Tier sided with us and credited us the money back on those boxes. It wouldn't have been right to charge us for material that was taken back. However, despite our differences, we did come to an agreement on most things. I honestly would say, if we had a different subcontractor I think things would have gone a lot smoother. The company itself was courteous to deal with, even through disagreements. Once they started the job they were just as eager to finish as we were. They will get the job done in a timely manner. For the most part, almost everything turned out nice, but it's a few small things here and there I wish had been done with better craftsmanship.

Mike was great with helping me to find and select everything that needed to be replaced and worked with my schedule so I wouldn't have to miss too much work. The guys from Tier were very professional and wonderful to work with. I wish all the companies I had to deal with were like Tier!

Greg and TIER, Inc. are one of the most professional outfits I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They spent hours both on the phone and on-site evaluating this job, and then when we decided a course of action, they finished ahead of schedule and exactly on budget. This makes the third time I have used their services, and I would not hesitate to do so again a fourth time. And for the record, while they did ask that I complete a review for them, they did so before the job was initiated, and never once asked that I indicate anything other than an honest evaluation of their job. Well, here it is guys… you get an A+ from me!

Was referred to this company, and they called and set up the appt. They were on time and they was very professional and worked timely. We have a new baby in the house and he made sure that his loud vacuum wouldnt' bother the baby before he started. I thought this was ver considerate. He told us what he found, really nothing, and what he was planning on doing to make sure it's what I wanted to do. He insured us that the chemicals he used were green and safe for baby and pets. He informed us of the other services they do and wasn't pushy. I had a very good experience with them. No more odor in the dryer. Great job.

I'm a real estate broker and I use him all the time for my personal residence and also for my clients. I've had 3 clients who have used them in the past 6 months at my recommendation. When I found that there was a place where there was moisture still coming through due to the ground water, they came back at no additional charge and took care of all of that about 3 weeks ago. I would use them again in the future.
