Description of Work: They had to break open an old safe. First time they came out they tried to open the safe using the combination I gave them. The combination didn't work and the guy did not have his tools with him so he had to come back the next day. The guy came back and had his tools. He tried to open the safe using a drill but that did not work. He needed different tools but did not have them with him. So he came back a few days later and this time he had the right tools and he broke open the safe. It can never be used again but that's ok. | |While the not having tools was a problem, and I was charged for all three visits, the guy only charged me one service charge (trip charge). He said the price went up not because of multiple trips but because drilling a safe costs more than just opening it using a combination etcetera. Also the last day when he cut open the safe, I was going to be charged by the hour but the guy working only charged me for an hour instead of 3.

+ -1 moreWe were in the market for a large gun safe. This was our first time buying such an item and had lots of questions. Lisa was very patient with us and was very helpful. We found a used safe, in our budget, with the color and features we wanted. We were able to pick it up that day. They probably deliver but we didn't ask for that service. Very happy with the purchase and customer service.

Description of Work: Previously purchased a safe from the Safe House, great experience. We moved twice within a couple years and I hired them to move the safe both times. They have custom built equipment specifically for this purpose and they make the move painless.
