They did a great job on the weathered wood on the side of our office building. They sanded, cleaned, and re-stained every bit of the wood, even some parts I didn't realize existed like around the windows and door. It looks brand new again.

I was recommended them by another former customer on facebook, and I'm glad I went with them! They gave us a quote and started less than 2 weeks later. We needed 2 bedrooms and a bathroom painted in a short turnaround (so our kids could return to their rooms), and they finished 3 rooms in 3 days. I would use them again in the future if more painting projects are needed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone else.

Andrew was very communicative and helpful getting this project off the ground and completed on time. Also very reassuring that if I noticed anything after completion, he would be right over to make it right. Carlos, the painter, was kind, professional and did a nice job. He even pressure washed my walkway without charge. I highly recommend The House Painters for exterior painting. Very nice to work with. No Drama :)

We bought our house several years ago with a dream for how to make it our own and, when we were ready to make that happen, we called The House Painters to make it happen! Having worked with an artisan woodworker to craft and install hardwood doors, built-ins with walnut wood-grain facing, and custom closet cabinetry, we were anxious to find painters who could provide that same level of quality and The House Painters delivered. Andrew personally toured our home and recommended the exact colors, finishes, and products we needed to bring our vision to life. When it came to the actual labor, Fernando and his crew were timely, friendly, thorough, and exceeded every expectation. There's a big difference between "a job done" and "a job done right" and The House Painters achieved the latter with their outstanding service. We are so grateful to have hired The House Painters and look forward to welcoming them into our home for future projects.

Expertise Selection Service Beware of this company! They painted the entire exterior of my home and though there were some issues, I thought for the price it was ok. But only 1 and a half years later, the paint is worn and flaking off. Well I remember we had a 5 year warranty but trying to get them to honor their word has been such a waste of time.They are giving me the run around and making me feel like a nuisance for wanting them to communicate to me and do the right thing. It’s infuriating to be brushed off and given very generic email responses that don’t address the problem or how they can make it right. At this point I do not expect them to make it right and even if they do come and repaint, it’s only after weeks of having such poor customer service.

Brendan was easy to communicate with, they were punctual and did a great job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area!

Overall great experience from the start. They have been very responsive to email, helpful and knowledgeable about paint colors/types/finishes, and the finished product turned out perfect as well. The painting crew was fast, efficient, and took great care to make sure other walls/floors/fans were protected and didn’t get paint on them. Will definitely use again next time we need something painted!

I could not be happier with the service I received from The House Painters. Brendon paid incredibly close attention to detail, from the high quality of work he promised to making sure my input was taken into consideration. He was very knowledgeable when it came to helping me choose the appropriate shade of white based on other aesthetic elements in the house (not all shades of white paint are equal!) His workers are efficient, respectful, and to my shock, left no trace that they had been there, other than glorious clean, white walls. I'll definitely be looking to work with The House Painters this fall for my exterior!
