Rene came to the house inspected and measured each screen to be replaced. All work was performed at the discussed time and completed as promised. Rene was clean and neat - great personality and very knowedgeable. Price was the best

The job was a little out of the area but Rene showed up right on time. He is personable which helps since the job was at a rental property and the tenant was present. Job was completed professionally and efficiently.

Rene was right on time, evaluated all repairs immediately, and was extremely knowledgeable about all issues. Finished the job in an time efficient manner. One of the better experiences I've had with a contractor or handyman.

I spoke with Rene on the morning of the repair and we made an appointment for the same day. He arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. He listened to me explain the problem and he reviewed the issue and the work area. He began work immediately and finished in an hour. He did a fantastic job! I will definitely use him again and will also recommend him to others in need of a handyman!

I received prompt return of phone calls. Appointments were made and kept. The handicap grab bars were installed with great attention to detail. There was an attempt to repair the sliding glass door, but it turned out that the door was too worn out, and correct parts were no longer available. Rene did a very good job of coming up with a temporary fix for the door while awaiting the purchase of a new door. Everything was left as clean if not cleaner than when he arrived. He was professional and friendly.

Rene made sure that he was available the day after the door was delivered. He arrived earlier than I expected and worked efficiently. The door was installed and he had to do some extra trimming around the interior edges of the door. He did an excellent job of installing the door and making sure that it looked nice. All I have to do is paint the primed trim. He ensured that my elderly mother could open and close the door. He was friendly and kind to her. He removed the debris from the job.

Rene and Alan did a very professional job replacing hardware and repairing our patio doors. We are very pleased in all aspects of their work and would definitely hire them again.

I called Rene towards the end of work day Friday and I really needed to get the job done fast. He called me back even though it was already past his working hours posted on here. He said he could come by Saturday morning and help me out. He sent me a text 30 minutes before he came to give me a heads up he was on his way and got started immediately when he arrived. Throughout the process of working on the job, Rene would show me and explain what he was doing and was very thorough. On top of doing an excellent job, he also made my son smile by humoring him when my son would interrupt Rene with trying to show his hot wheel cars. I absolutely recommend Rene and I plan on calling him again for future work.

Rene was able to come to my home within 24 hours of my call. He did arrive late due to a car problem, but called to let me know he was on his way asap. When he arrived he immediately started doing all the jobs I had listed. Installed several smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and various other small jobs. He had all his tools and equipment and was prepared for all requests. He was careful and neat, worked fast and as quietly as possible. Was here nearly two hours, got everything done, cleaned up behind himself and took all trash with him. Charged $110.00, which I was satisfied with. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

Rene and Alan were great. Their attention to detail, insistance on doing the job right even when the parts were not suffecient provided by the manufacturer they made it better with their own. Great guys, their pricing is ridiculously fair for what they had to do and the time involved. Communication before the job was perfect. I'm in a service business and understand the value proposition, These are talented guys, hire them and pay them their fair honest wage, their worth every penny.

Rene came to the job ready to work. I showed him the job, and he understood what needed to be done and started working immediately. He quoted me a price of "two to three hundred dollars, plus materials," while the final job total was $460. I normally expect the final price to be higher than the quoted price, and in this case, it was still fair; the job was fairly extensive - cutting a larger hole in the ceiling to accommodate the new fan, climbing in the ceiling to install the new line for the switch, patching the walls, etc. Rene was very polite, professional, and competent. He had no problems with the dog, which I appreciated. He answered all my questions, and at the end of the day I had a job well done.

Went very well. Cleaned up after each visit, repaired all that needed to be done.

I have used Rene on several occasions and have always been glad I called him first. He is affordable, clean, professional and accommodating.

Our undermounted kitchen sink had detached from the counter top and was leaking into the cabinet area below. We had a plumber take a look at it, but it was beyond his capability to fix. We had Rene come in and he arrived at a low cost solution (no new sink, no modifications to existing cabinets or counter top) and implemented it efficiently.

Rene was easy to contact and set up the appointment with. He installed the garbage disposal and reverse osmosis unit (along with its new faucet) up to our satisfaction. Then he figured out the issue with the power outlets that were not working. It was getting late so he came back the next day to finish working on the power outlets. Overall, he did a wonderful job and we will not hesitate in hiring him in the future.

ON MARCH 21. 2013, I TELEPHONED THIS COMPANY TO GET HANDYMAN QUOTES FOR VARIOUS JOBS TO BE DONE IN MY HOME. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK. NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE ON ANGIE'S LIST IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO RETURN CALLS FOR POSSIBLE WORK WITH ANGIE'S MEMBERS.

I realize that handymen are the jack of all trades and master of none and I wouldn't hold them to the same standard as specialists in other construction trades. There is however, one area where they must act and perform as everyone else, and that is the basic courtesy of returning phone calls. The German Handhman received a call from me over a week ago, and to date, I have not received a single response. Needless to say, I am looking elsewhere and will spend my money with someone more responsible and courteous.

What we liked about Rene was that he was really straightforward about the amount of work that needed to be done and was quick to give us an estimate. We were really impressed with his professionalism and punctuality. Overall we had a great experience with Rene and we will hire him again for any future projects.

Rene was prompt to respond to my call and came out and did a very professional job for several items I needed to have done. He is a nice guy and very reasonable.

Provider was punctual and had knowledge of the problem but the finishing was not done to my satisfaction (I had to correct some details later with the tenant's help) and the overall cost was too high in my opinion.

It went very well. Nice guy, very helpful and easy to work with. He was skilled in being able to handle a variety of things around the house.I would definately use him again.

He was good. The only thing that stood out for me was I was trying to do an audit to see how much supplies cost, and he stated he lost the receipt. It was a little too expensive. My bill was flat priced and it was not broke now in the categories.

Rene answered my phone call the same day, and was available to come out to the house that afternoon. He arrived on time and immediately went to work on the kitchen faucet. There was a problem with the installation due to the previous installer of the old faucet having used a wrong connecting part, and the adapter that would have solved the problem was not in the new faucet's box, as it should have been. Rene went to the closest hardware store and bought the part, came back promptly and installed the new faucet which has been working well for the last week. After he installed the kitchen faucet he worked on the two safety bars in the master bath. They went up without a hitch- no broken tiles or other problems, and they look great. Overall, Rene did a very professional job, he responded quickly and worked efficiently. The price for the installations was a bit higher than I expected, but I think it probably was fair considering he had to go to the store to get a needed part for the kitchen faucet, taking extra time, which is why I rated the price "good" instead of excellent. I would definitely call him again for other jobs in the house as they come up and recommend him to my friends, as I was very satisfied overall.
