They pay attention to detail and incorporate your ideas or agenda into the project. If I want to save money, he will work with me to make that happen. If your time schedule is tight he is willing to work with you. You got what you paid for. He was not the cheapest guy in town, but he did it right and did it in the right amount of time. He cleaned up and was courteous and professional. The guys were great.

When Dan came to do the estimate, I liked his ideas for fixing the house, and he talked a lot about restoration. When he left, we hadn't finished discussing the scope of the work. He was going to return, but did not. He said he would provide the estimate without seeing the rest, and left town. Several days after I called, he finally sent it. It was difficult to get him to follow up. I didn't like that he dropped out of communication. He has a very youthful ego; he might do good work.
