+ -1 moreI've been very pleased with them. They are very friendly, very punctual, professional and flexible. Since it's an annual inspection they send reminders and a follow-up. I appreciate that since I'd forget otherwise. If it's not a family-owned business, it sure feels that way. I don't know how their price compares. Sometimes the receptionist doesn't give the messages straight over. They are great at reminders and everything but if I don't get it scheduled on the first call, I'm more likely to make another call than to receive a follow-up call from them. But they're still nice. Once they have it scheduled, they are always here.
Description of Work: I use Tennessee Valley Exterminator for pest control once a year. They were here in November 2011 for a termite inspection and certificate renewal. I've worked with them for five years in a row.
