Casey responded almost instantly and with a consultation and came back within a few days. On the actual visit he re-assessed what he thought we had to do to get the numbers down and we only spent a fraction of what we thought we would have to. Truthfully he could have gone down the more expensive road but he did the right thing and gave us the better option. We got the results back from AirChek as 1.0 in the basement and 0.3 in on the first floor....we were at 7.7 in the basement so that's great news.

Casey was very professional and installed an excellent product. He included a lifetime warranty for all parts of the install and provided me with a radon test kit to check the reliability of his install to reduce the levels of radon to safe levels post mitigation system. His level of service is unmatched. Would highly recommend.

We are in the process of selling our house and the buyers requested radon mitigation. I called two different companies including Tennessee Radon Services. The other company did not have any openings for a couple weeks, but Casey with Tennessee Radon Services was able to get to my house within a couple days. His scope of work and bid was exactly what I was expecting, so I did not bother with getting another bid. The work was scheduled for 1.5 weeks later and he showed up as expected. Casey (the owner) did the work himself. He cleaned up after himself and the system looks very professionally done. An added benefit is that the crawl space portion of our unfinished basement has a brand new vapor barrier that really cleaned the place up. I would highly recommend Tennessee Radon Services, and we already plan on using him to mitigate our radon at the house we are moving to next month. The cost of installation included all equipment, labor, warranty, and a third party radon test three days later to confirm that levels have been reduced.
