We have used them several times. We really like them. They were very fast and efficient. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I felt like the price was fair.

From the very moment Eloy came to the house, to the very last cleanup the crew performed, THIS was the best experience I had spending money. Everything and more was done. The crew worked so well together without a gripe. I have a crawl space that required the removal of the VERY old heat furnace). I have steps to the area where the A/C unite needed to be installed. Not one complaint.The concern and care from the office staff is what "long gone" customer service is all about. If you have any need for anything Temp Control offers, USE THEM!

Temp Control did a great job from the beginning to the end of the project. Tim came out to our house twice to look at our specfic needs. He recommended a Samsung Vivace to cool our bonus room. We were quoted the same unit from a competitor at over $6,000. The unit does a great job at cooling the room and even has an air cleaner that helps the air quality in our adjacent rooms. We are so glad that we chose Temp Control to install the mini-split system. The installation team was very professional all the way. They were the kind of people you would hope for to work on your house. We are very satisfied and would use Temp Control again without reservation.

Great experience. Scheduled a visit within 24 hours of my call; assessed problem and gave me good information regarding options; when I elected to buy a new unit, they were able to install it the same afternoon. Very responsive to questions.

Got 4 estimates to replace the 27 year old HVAC system on Wednesday. Tim was prompt, polite and explained everything. They were not the lowest bid but they were the most impressive. Work was to be done Friday. By \Wednesday evening they had scheduled a large project and Friday was out. With temps in the 80's already health problems were explained to Tim. By Thursday morning it was set up for removal that day, installation the next day. At 9:00 AM a truck showed up with the new equipment. I asked if the schedule was the same and was told it would all be done that day. WOW! And to my surprise the owner of the company did the work. Eloy and I became fast friends and had a great day. By 3:30 the cooling had begun and the work was completed by 4:30. I highly recommend Temp Control. Outstanding service!

The staff on the phone were very friendly and helpful. I scheduled the appointment only 2 days after calling. The technician inspected my unit on a Thursday and by Monday he was repairing the unit. He was thorough and explained to me the costs and repairs upfront. He returned on 3/12/12 to repair the unit. It took him only 2 and 1/2 hours. He was pleasant and polite throughout the visit. The costs were exactly what he told me they would be. After my service, I received a hand-written thank you note thanking me for my business. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. I will also recommend them to my family and friends.

Our overall experience with this company is very satisfactory we first used them in our home to check a problem we were having with our unit. We recommended them to our church who needed a new unit. The unit was installed on the date premised. They gave us a very reasonable price. The pastor (my husband) and trustees were very pleased with the job and the price. We had most of our contact Tim and he was friendly as well as professional. He was always on time and did for us just what he promised. We would definitely recommend this Co. and we will also use them again without any hesitation.

When the heat exchanger on our previous gas pack heater/air conditioner went out, the company we had used for HVAC work gave us a quote on a Goodman unit. We decided to research gas packs and obtain quotes from several other service providers before making what was for us a major expenditure. We chose Temp Control and have been very pleased with their service. They offered an excellent price on what we thought to be the best unit, from Trane, and also repaired ductwork that the previous company had never told us was in bad shape. Both prices were very reasonable. Eloy of Temp Control performed all of his work (estimates, checking on installation and checking finished work) on time and as promised. The administrative folks with the company kept in touch with me throughout the process, telling me in advance who would be installing the unit and helping with paperwork to obtain a state-funded rebate and federal tax credit for installing an energy efficient unit. We have signed up with Temp Control to service the unit in spring and fall. They're very professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with them. I thought I had submitted this review previously, but didn't, hence the delay in reporting. I would highly recommend Temp Control.

I contacted Temp Control for a quote after my normal HVAC technicians discovered that my 16-year-old humidifier had died. My HVAC company also provided a quote but I wanted to shop around. I hired Temp Control because, after doing some research, discovered they offered a steam humidifier with excellent quality reviews and also hired them because of their ratings on Angie's List. Everything went well. They answered a couple of questions I had about the product on the phone before I actually hired them. Once hired, they were punctual, clean and performed the work quickly. Although planning to snake some wires to my existing electrical box, they found that it would be best to put in a new box and actually did that at no additional charge. I was very pleased with their work.

The installation team, including the owner, worked for about four hours removing the old unit and installing, calibrating, and testing the new unit. They were all professional and courteous. Because of the muddy conditions, they without fail always removed their shoes when the came into the house. The finished product looked very good--the new unit was placed neatly on the concrete pad, all the old flashing was removed and replaced with new, better looking flashing (which was sealed with silicone caulk). The gas line, which was sound but rust-covered) had to be reconfigured, and before they left they cleaned and painted the entire line. They cleaned up the area afterward and would have cleaned the area around the unit much more thoroughly if I had not stopped them. I told them that I would be reseeding the area anyway so they did not have to rake the ground. It was too muddy anyway. But they did leave the site tidy and in as good shape as was possible, given the rainy day. Before he left, Mr. Saban made sure any questions I had were answered, he thoroughly explained the warranties and how to apply for the Tennessee energy rebate, and asked me to complete and return to him a survey rating my experience with his company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to replace an HVAC unit. I will also be using them to perform bi-annual service on my new and my older HVAC units. I liked their professionalism, from the owner to the office staff to the installation crew. They struck the right balance between being friendly and being business-like. And Mr. Saban was very concerned about answering any questions and explaining details and specifications and potential savings as accurately and understandably as possible. I can't recommend this company too highly. I was very happy I found them on Angie's List, and very happy I chose them.

Our air conditioner stopped working at around 10pm on a Saturday night (we have central air). By midnight, our indoor thermostat read over 90 degrees, which is warmer than it was outside at the time. After not sleeping much that night (we're fairly heat-intolerant folk) we decided to look on Angie's List to see if we could find someone who might consider looking at our air conditioner on a Sunday (which we assumed was very unlikely). Due to the high ratings, we gave Temp Control a call. Our technician was on his way to church when we called, but he promised to swing by immediately after the service, which he did. On the phone, he was very upfront about there being an additional $130 charge for work on a Sunday, and asked if this was a problem because he could easily fit us in on Monday instead if we preferred to wait one more day. After a quick conference- we decided that we did not, in fact, prefer to wait, as the indoor temperature was steadily climbing and none of our interventions were helping to cool off our home. Upon arrival he immediately set to diagnosing our problem, and replaced the parts that needed replacing, and it has been working smoothly ever since. He also taught us some things about air conditioner maintenance (we are new homeowners, first-time at that, and freely admit we know nothing in this regard). He discussed with us that a replacement unit will cost $3,000 to $4,000, but with regular maintenance we may be able to get 3-4 more years out of our unit. We were told upon home purchase that our current unit was put in in 2004, and our technician estimates from the "gunk" inside of it that it has not had a maintenance since. In order to get as much life out of our current unit as we can, we will definitely be getting our yearly "checkups" done, and will definitely call Temp Control to do them. We were very satisfied with their prompt and professional service.

Extremely staisfied with this company. The Home Office communicated with me several times with regard to my appointment. The on-site technician was very knowlegable. He actually tested a part in one of my units that was not running according to factory specs. He showed me the part and the specification sheet. It was barely outside the tolerable limits. I made the decision not to replace the part this year and he did not pressure me to do so. He noted the part on my invoice and quoted a price for installation. I appreciated not being pressured and will call them immeadiatly if we have any trouble. One of the best overall service vendor experiences I've had. All companies should be run this well.

I called for such work to be done and was told by the receptionist that she would need to call the owner to ask about my request. About an hour later she called back and said "our electrician had just quit; we would not be able to do the job". An electrical company with only ONE electrician !!!!

They give good service. They know what they're doing, and they are reasonably priced. They are also responsive.

Service Tech came when promised and was finished in under two hours. The work was done safely and cleanly. The tech executed the work in a professional manner and was helpful and courteous. While I thought the price was somewhat high I appreciate the prompt and profesional execution.

I had the AC units in two houses go out at the same time. I had received a quote from another company for the unit at my rental property, who said that they needed to replace the unit for $5000. Temp Control cleaned it and it's been running great for $400. The unit at the house I live at they replaced, and Temp Control did exactly what they said for the price they said. They were nice, professional and we can't recommend them enough.

The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. We will be working with him again in the future.

They did a good job. I called them because I needed the whole house water heater to be turned on. They didn't have a plumber available.
