All work done as agreed, and at the price agreed. A year later no issues. I think they are very reputable. I've used them before with excellent results.

I always research everything extensively, and I'm thankful that my research led me to TempControl! In summer when I found out the heat exchanger in my 12 year old central HVAC unit had a hole in it, and I would either have to replace the heat exchanger, or the whole unit, before fall when I'd need heat, I realized in a system of this age it was wiser to replace the whole unit. I began researching HVAC manufacturers and contractors. I read many, many reviews on Angie's list for each of more than 24 A rated HVAC contractors. One company, TempControl, stood out, because the reviews not only talked about the excellent quality of their work, but, also about the owner of the company, Eloy Saban, his honesty, integrity, and the personal, caring interest he took in each project. When he came to my home to give me an estimate on replacing my HVAC, he didn't try to sell me on the most expensive unit, but, first told me about the most affordable option to meet my needs. As we talked about the work he would do, I felt trust and confidence in him. Because I knew I should get other estimates, I still called two other companies. One had several reviews that said they quoted a price $1,000 less than other companies on the same unit. But, when they gave me an estimate on the same HVAC unit I had chosen, their quote was $700 higher than Temp Control! When I told them the price Temp Control had given me, they said it was a great price that they couldn't match. So, happily, I called Temp Control to install a new Trane 14 seer HVAC, the top brand I had chosen after much research. And, Temp Control did an outstanding job! Their skilled technicians arrived at the time they said they would, did every step of their work expertly and efficiently, and finished when they said they would. They kept in contact with me every step of the way, answered my many questions, and, when there were choices I could make, always asked me. Throughout the job, Eloy Saban came by to check on the work, and when the installation of the outdoor unit was completed, came inside to install the new thermostat, and to verify with me that the new unit was heating and cooling my home as it should. His caring for his work was evident throughout, and I could see why Temp Control has gotten so many excellent reviews. I've waited 6 months to write this review through some very cold winter days, and a few warm spring days, and the Trane HVAC, and TempControl's installation of it, have worked flawlessly! I can wholeheartedly recommend Temp Control as a caring, reliable, and very cost effective company to do whatever HVAC work you need done, and done well!

It took a few visits over 2 days to fully figure out the problem, but they were very prompt and got it all taken care of.

My home inspection required that an HVAC contractor review my air unit, particularly in regards to there being no drain pan installed. Temp Control LLC looked at the unit, advised against adding a drain pan (due to the long process and high cost), and suggested an alternative method of adding a shut-off valve. They arrived within the timeframe they had promised, diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, when to get the parts, returned, installed the valve, and were done within an hour. 2 workers, both very nice and informative.

In May of 2014 I had Temp Control replace the main HVAC unit for my house. I narrowed my vendors down to 3, all had positive reviews on Angies List. I listened carefully to the equipment recommended by each vendor and then researched the equipment they were selling on independent comparison sites on the Internet. The equipment that Temp Control recommended was higher quality for a lower price (I wanted a high end unit that was very efficient). In the end, the value of the deal that Temp Control offered was higher than the others. They showed up on time, the crew was polite, neat, and did a good job. I would give them high marks for that work alone. But today I had another encounter with them that causes me to want to write about them here. My new furnace installed last May stopped working today because extremely low temperatures froze the drain line in the wall to the outdoors. I called Temp Control this morning at 7:15 am. They answered their phone and said that they would be here at 8:00 am; 45 minutes later. They showed up on time (It was Eloy who I think is the owner) He removed the ice from the line, ensured the pump was working right and then installed an air trap in the line to prevent future recurrences of the problem. He didn't ask for money. He didn't even bring it up. He was finished and my furnace was working fine within one hour. All my encounters with Temp Control have been very good. They know what they are doing, are fair and very efficient. Two thumbs up.

Although I was out of town and my husband handled this entire ordeal, I can't tell you how much we appreciated the work and professionalism of Temp Control when our old unit decided to finally fail us on a very cold morning earlier this week. I have always been impressed with the Temp Control employees who have come to our house in the past, which is why I initiated and renewed our Comfort Club membership since we first used Temp Control after finding it on Angie's List several years ago. Even though I would forget about our free maintenance check ups with our Comfort Club membership over the years, Temp Control would call to schedule the same to ensure we were getting all the benefits of our membership. The honesty and professionalism of the Temp Control employees have always been outstanding, as was evidenced again this week. Not only were all my husband's questions answered, but Temp Control went above and beyond to ensure we received wonderful service, an exceptional new unit at a great price, and the work was done quickly. We definitely recommend Temp Control to anybody who needs service or replacement. It is certainly a pleasure to deal with a company which values its customers and maintains such a high standard of excellence.

That worked out well. They put in a central air conditioning about two years ago now. It works great. My power bill has gone down. I’ve always been pretty conservative with my temperature settings anyway so they’re amazing low now. They’re very good at checking the system. They’ve been prompt reminding me. They fill up when they say they’ll be here. The technician seems pretty thorough. I see the same person regularly. Their people stay with them for a while and that’s not always true with heating and air conditioning people. They are more expensive than some of the competitors do but they know their system. They were very competitive.

They were pretty quick. They called me a few times to follow up. They are pretty good with keeping in touch with customers.

We called and they were prompt in coming out within 24 hours to provide an estimate. Once we agreed to have tem install, they came out the next day. They took out the old appliances, and installed the new ones. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with their service!

From the start as Eloy answered all my questions and explained things I knew this was my going to be my purchase . They went above the call of duty through the whole process .

Absolutely the best experience starting with the estimate process to scheduling to installation and cleanup. Eloy (initial responder) did great job explaining cost to continue "band-aid" repairs each year, age of original system and cost for replacement -- with options on different brands! This wasn't a hard-sell but an honest, straight-forward and non-technical explanation. Reallly appreciated the level of communication. [a different company that I called was only concerned with selling service contracts -- complete scam, in my opinion] Team arrived exactly on time. All materials and tools were with them (no need to leave and come back because something was forgotten). Aaron handled tear-down of old unit, installation and setup of exterior compressor. He paid a lot of attention to restoring the work area next to the house as his final cleanup step -- I wanted to mention because this was really professional attention to every detail of the project. Nate and Nate handled disconnect, haul-out, replacement and wiring of interior exchanger unit. This was hot-n-heavy duty work during a very humid mid-summer day. I was sorry I wasn't able to properly thank the team when they had finished the entire project in less than the time estimated. The project was more involved than I can document here. But, the results are why I owed this company the "A+" review I am posting today. Very glad I found this company on AngiesList.

Previously I used Temp Control and was very pleased with their service. Because of that good experience I called them on Sunday, June 15th when I realized my AC had gone out. After waiting over 2 hours for a callback i went out to their page on Angie's list to confirm my understanding that they had 24 hour emergency response. It said they did. I then called again and they never responded. They called me this morning and said they do not respond to 24 hour emergency calls and they confirmed the hours of operations on your site are also incorrect. It would have been nice to know that since I could have called another company on your list who does have 24 hour emergency service and possibly had it fixed that same day, instead of spending a miserably hot afternoon and night. Because I have a disabled family member I would never had used them the first time had I known they had no weekend response for emergencies.

Eloy and his team were the consummate professionals. After spending a lot of time researching companies and collecting bids, I decided to move forward with Temp Control. Their price was very fair, the equipment high end (Trane) and their experience and reputation was heads and shoulders above the rest. They responded very quickly and spent the entire day installing the unit. The job was flawless and the crew was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Scarlet, who answers the phone, schedules the appointments and basically keeps the company going, is very nice and was able to get a person out to me that day. She was even able to get the estimator to my house right after I got the bad news. She also put up with me calling to change my appointment... twice. The service man, Edward, was very knowledgable. He even spoke on the phone with my father (who's an HVAC foreman in NJ) and put up with all his questions. The installers were prompt and very nice. They got the job done quicker than I expected. They were knowledgable and cleaned up after themselves. The company has financing available and many options to go with and the prices they have were the same or very close to their competitors. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use their service for further HVAC needs.

Eloy came out and inspected my current unit. He noticed places the unit was not sealed properly that the other contractors did not notice. He was then quite responsive to all of my texts afterwards and beat all other contractors price. They did a great job installing the unit. I was working from home, and they barely disturbed me. They even spent extra time installing the Ecobee smart thermostat that I wanted. I inspected the unit and it everything was sealed up quite nicely. Between the new HVAC, the Ecobee smart thermostat, and the change in weather, my last electric bill was cut in half and my next bill I expect will be cut in half again (based on the average electric usage per day that I have observed). I would definitely recommend Temp Control for any new installation. They are professional and do a good job for a fair price. They even allowed me to post date the check so I would have time for the fund transfer to clear into my checking account.

Temp Control was able to squeeze us in on very short notice at a time I'm sure they were booked up. They had the heat up and running in less than two hours and that's after having to go get a part.

It went well. They were very professional. I needed the units installed within a few days because we were leaving on a trip. They were punctual, professional, and did a fine job. They encouraged us to get an attic tent to cut down on air loss and also reworked the air duct return that led to the attic.

Gas leaks can be very difficult to fully track down. Temp Control came out multiple times until the job was done and all for the original agreed on service price. This is how work should be! They followed through with what they promised. As long as they keep conducting business like this, I'll use Temp Control for my home needs as long as I live here!

It was a smooth transition. They showed up on time, did the work, and left. They charged me exactly what they estimated, which was a little lower than two other bids

The whole company was very professional. From the salesperson to the technicians to the scheduler, everything was wonderful! We are very please and highly recommend the company and its services.

Very simply, the service company that I've done business with for over 10 years - and that also installed the units on my house - came out, inspected the problem, and explained how I needed to replace the AC unit to the tune of approximately $4,000. So I turned to Angie's List and found Temp Control. They were very responsive quickly returning my call on the weekend. Eloy arrives the next day, checks out the problem and explains that all I need is a motor outside. He goes on to explain that nothing else is wrong in the system and how the symptoms might have led another guy to think more needed to be done. I say go ahead, and 1 hour later he's back with a part, installs it and the AC is working with no problems since. That was over 2 months ago and it's a measure of how strongly I feel about the experience that I was determined to make sure I did a good review for this company. They have my business from now on. I joined Angie's List because my a/c unit had stopped cooling. I knew I was going to have to replace the system and had already began looking at different units and brands so I knew what I wanted. I found good reviews for Temp Control and set up an appointment for pricing with the office. Without using names, I found the office staff extremely helpful. On the day of the appointment, the sales representative was going to be late by about 20 minutes and made an effort to call and let me know, then made sure that would be okay. I really appreciated that and almost to the minute arrived at the new time. Excellent! I must admit that I called and priced the unit from two other contractors given we are talking about a large sum of money. One bid was higher and one lower. What drove me to Temp Control is the manner I which their product was marketed and the promises that were made. It was explained to me that my return air duct was not properly insulated and the installer would correct that. Options and alternatives were provided and explained in a manner where I completely understood. Great job here! Installation went exactly as promised. A three man crew arrived and introduced themselves. Each man knew their part and without any hesitation went right to work. They had the old unit out, the new installed and work completed in a few hours. The system was functional tested, explained to me, and the work area completely cleaned up and on their way in a few hours. I have used many different contractors over the years and the craftsmanship from this company was excellent. I also noticed that there were very good things said about the owner and his desire to run and manage a good company by his employees. While I did not actually meet him, I almost feel as if I know him! Bottom line is; the company appears to be a quality business, the office staff, sales staff and installation team are great. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

I can not say a enough nice things about Temp Control. If they are going to be late by a few minutes, I mean 5 or 10, they call and keep you updated until they arrive. Everyone I dealt with in the company was wonderful. They were polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and always did what they said they were going to do.
