My outside unit was making a very loud noise. Eloy was great. He diagnosed the problem and took plenty of time to teach me about what he would be doing to repair my unit so I would understand. We had some issues and he had to return, but he was very professional, responsive, and stood behind his work.

Excellent company. Called just before closing to have HVAC inspected. Was not able to evaluate during home inspection because utilities were not on. With very short notice Susan went out of her way to accommodate me, and the owner of the company Eloy came out to evaluate the system. Unfortunately several of the coils were cracked on one of the two units servicing the house and the main unit had to be turned off for safety reasons. I was given a quote to replace and repair the unit. After consideration of age of unit and tax credit decided to replace main unit. This company was several hundred less than the leading competitor. Susan again went out of her way to provide next day installation. Eloy and his crew came out, installed unit, serviced second unit, ducts and did some minor electrical repair. All staff friendly and informative. Eloy took the time to explain all parts of the process and took me through the programming for the new system. Told me exactly what to expect and he was right on target. Cleaned up after themselves, nothing out of place. 1 week later received a thank you card and a copy of the limited warranty that they registered on my behalf- Now that is service!! I will definitely use Temp Control LLC again and recommed them without reservation.

We made an emergency weekend call because our furnace wasn't working - of course on the coldest night of the year. We had just moved to the area and didn't know who to call, so we checked Angie's list and called Temp Control. They responded immediately and solved the problem. We cannot say enough good things about this prompt, courteous and excellent service. Temp Control is our new Heating/AC company and we will recommend them to everyone we can.

Came at the arranged time, gave the estimate. Came back the next day and did the work. Time used wisely and charge was exactly as estimated. This company has earned my trust; they'll be taking care of my HVAC from now on!

It went very well. We were on a tight time line and they rearranged their service schedule so they could meet us at the scene. The guy took care of the problem fairly quickly. It was a fair bit of work and the price was very reasonable with all things considered. They were very responsive.

My husband called Temp Control early this morning to schedule a service call. We were told to expect the technicians between 1 and 3. They arrived between 1:30 and 2:00. Both technicians were polite, courteous and respectful. Within about 20 minutes they had figured out the source of the problem. They came back to the door to tell me what the problem was, that the part was under warranty and our cost would be only the labor and the diagnostic fee. The technician indicated that they would need to return to their offices to obtain the part and would return within 45 minutes. Right at 45 minutes, they were back at the house with the part and within 20 minutes the heater was up and running with hot air coming through the vents. A check of the temperature of the air coming from the vents and a little more work outside and they were done. We were very pleased with the service we received. Very professional technicians and worked quickly and efficiently. We would use them again.

Serviceman was professional and kept me informed of his work along the way and checked with me before doing any work we had not agreed to prior. Cleaned up after he was done.

Way better price for same unit than Donelson. Came out right away. Installed professionally, took time to answer my questions. He's also an electrician so I have used his services for that as well. Very satisfied and will definitely use their services again.

Our heater stopped working one evening when the low was in the single digits. The next morning at 7am we called a large company in the area thinking that we'd be more likely to get a quick response from a company with a lot of technicians. They said they'd send someone out, but by 3pm, the temperature in the house was 42 degrees and we hadn't heard from the company. I read the reviews for Temp Control on Angie's List, and gave them a call. She was very nice and said she would contact the technician to see if he could fit us in. She called back to say he could be here by 5pm. He came out and quickly determined the heat exchanger was cracked and the motor broken, which meant we needed a new unit. He stayed at our home until 7:30pm discussing our options and doing the manual heat gain/loss calculations to ensure we purchased the appropriate size unit for our home. He also addressed our concerns about two of our bedrooms not heating/cooling as well as the rest of the house. He and another technician came to our home at 8am on Saturday and worked until 5pm to get the heater working and to replace some ductwork to fix our uneven heating problem. When he tested the air flow, he wasn't satisfied(the system was noisy)and said he would come Monday to enlarge the air intake and replace the screen, which completely eliminated the noise problem. We could not have been happier with Temp Control's response to our problem. They were very professional, very thorough, and made sure we were comfortable with and educated about our options. We also feel we received a fair price and quality equipment. We would definitely recommend Temp Control to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning work.

A tenant called on a Saturday morning to say he had no heat. The fan was circulating but wasn't blowing warm air. I called Temp Control. They said they would have a technician out later that day. They would diagnose the problem and call me with an estimate before proceeding with any work. Fortunately, he found that the only problem was a filthy air filter. Apparently, the tenant had not been changing the filters each month as he agreed to do. Temp Control charged me only for the service call! The technician and phone staff were both very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend! As a rental property owner, it's essential to have reliable maintenance vendors who can save you time by handling matters by phone and who you can trust!

Able to make an appointment for the next day; stayed until work was done. In spite of how long it took; very polite.

I couldn't have had a better experience. The electrician was very friendly and professional. I hardly knew he was there, he worked so quietly and efficiently. He was careful to minimize making a mess and everything was spotless when he left. The customer service rep was friendly, organized and prompt.

It went pretty well. They were not able to meet their originally scheduled time, but they called and rescheduled. I was a little annoyed the second time they called to reschedule due to another job that was taking longer than they thought it would, but they were very polite and we worked it out. Once they arrived everything went smoothly. My circuit breaker panel was full, so the electrician installed a double circuit breaker and moved a couple of lines to make room for the new circuit breaker. He did not charge extra for that, which was a nice surprise. The work was neat and professional and the electrician was very friendly. He also cleaned up very well after himself.

Installation went very well. They were very courteous and did good work. Dryer vent was not planned when they came out as I had forgotten about it. They fit it into the schedule, ran out and got parts and got it done.

Mr. Eloy Saban, owner of Temp Control, came by on a Friday to give us an estimate, taking time to understand our interests and needs, recommended several ideas, wrote down and reviewed everything twice, and his wife emailed us a complete quote within an hour or two. The following Thursday he arrived at 8 a.m., as planned, with two workers, Hector and Guido (his brother). The men were professionally dressed, neat, clean, and came with two vans fully-equipped to perform the work. Drop cloths were placed to cover the floors where they went in and out of the house. They were very clean in removing sheet rock for ceiling lights, wall switches, and electrical outlets, and cleaned up afterward too. Their mannerisms were professional and polite. They explained their work step by step to us, answered all of our questions courteously throughout the day, offered options where needed when a couple of installation obstacles were encountered. They exceeded our expectations.

Temp Control was the lowest price I received but was also the most responsive during the bid process and has continued to be very responsive and punctual during the project. The Codes Inspector commented that you cannot rewire a home any better than what he saw in this house.
