A service provider came to my residence to repair a door air leak. The job had been assessed by another person from that company. The repairman returned and attempted to repair the door, but was unable to fix the problem. He assured me that I would not be charged until the job was fixed satisfactory. I spoke with the owner of the company and scheduled another appointment to my convenience and came out and fixed the door The original job was not a quick fix and required some major work. The door leak problem has been corrected. Steve earned his 5 star. The door even closes with the distinctive sound that the door is closed and sealed.

This was a great experience. Seriously, he is the first contractor who didn't let me down. And it's happened a lot to me. Every aspect of this job was first rate in my book. He showed up at the time scheduled for the quote. He was able to do the job in 2 days. I know this is rare. It was a small job, and the timing was right. Communication was outstanding. Since I was at the office, he called to let me know when he started, the status midway, and when he was finished. There was no mess left. Work area was clean. I wish everyone worked like this.
