+ 0 moreAgain, their service was excellent. Guy, their rep, arrived within 1 minute of the initial scheduled estimate appointment time which, in my book is 'On Time'. In my experiences, being on time is a leading indicator of what you'll experience regarding future performance. If a contractor respects your time enough to be on time, they'll likely check all the other boxes regarding any customers expectations. Spruce Up Tree Care of Nashville checked all boxes. I previously hired Spruce Up Tree Care of Nashville to remove two 35' tall Cypress trees. This was successfully completed. The wife immediately wanted to fill the voids left by the removed Cypress trees, so I contacted Spruce Up Tree Care of Nashville to assist. Again, Guy was very receptive, responsive, and accommodating. I had a last minute concern which he resolved to my complete satisfaction. They planted two trees for the price it would have cost me to purchase identical plants elsewhere. I highly recommend Spruce Up Tree Care of Nashville and will be calling them back late winter to trim some other trees on my property.

+ -1 moreGuy and his crew did a great job of trimming back my shrubs and getting rid of a lot of dead branches as well as cleaning up and disposing of all the trimmings. I was pleased with the results and would definitely use Spruce Up Tree Care again.
