The guy that we dealt with originally wasn't there. I was originally told by the person was that they'd be there in 7 to 10 days. When I ordered the cabinets, I had to deal with someone else and ordered the cabinets. They told me that I was wrong and that the policy is 2 to 4 weeks. After 2 weeks, they finally offered to refund my money. I decided to not take the refund because I'd already been waiting for 2 weeks. A week later, my cabinets finally came in. After they put them all together, I learned that the person ordered the wrong cabinet. The whole time, they've been blaming me and I don't think that's right. Apparently the ends of the cabinet need special ends to give them a finished look. So now, I'm waiting again for my other cabinets and the end pieces that I didn't know I had to buy. I've had to move everything around because I refuse to move into an unfinished house. They messed up my order and they're putting it all on me. I don't want anyone to think that they're going to receive their product in 7-10 days if promised. I also don't want anyone to think that this company will make good if they mess up an order.
