I fell and hurt my back and thought it would be a good time to purchase a new bed, as my existing mattress was very old. They recommended the tempur-pedic for its health benefits and massage option. The very first time I used the massage feature on the mattress, I started feeling tremors and could not even sleep on the bed, which led me to see a doctor. I went to the store to explain and they said they never heard of that before and did not offer to do anything. After my third visit to the store, they offered to exchange the mattress top. My doctor has referred me to a neurologist, as I am still having tremors. They are selling these mattresses based on the health benefits and I have had a terrible experience and they do not want to do anything about it and I want my money back.
