+ -1 moreAt the time of the inspection, we were very happy with the company. They were able to schedule an appointment within the week, prepared the report quickly, and emailed us a PDF version of the inspection. They did not find major issues with the home, so we purchased it and only asked for minor repairs. We have now been in the house 6 weeks and are finding some major issues that the inspector should have found such as an improperly installed electrical box, which shorted and melted the wiring, the "built in" microwave is 6 inches too close to the stove and runs the risk of melting, and about 30% of the boards on our deck are completely rotted and will need replacing ASAP.
Description of Work: Inspected a home that we were purchasing.
