 + -1 moreI dropped my jewelry off at Sites after having not as pleasant of an encounter with previous jewelers. A friend had referred me to Sites because she and her husband had bought jewelry there when they came to town (Her son died in Iraq and they have been to Sites to get specialized jewelry that commemorates the 101st Airborne Division from Ft. Campbell). I had wonderful customer service and the jewelry was repaired within one business day! Terry Cochran is wonderful and very professional. He does on site repairs and you will never have to worry about your jewelry leaving the store to be repaired elsewhere.
Description of Work: Gold clasp repaired and pearl ring fixed.
