My husband called for the installation of the above items; the installer showed up to wire the whole house, which he had already indicated was already done. He had none of the requested equipment. He came back, arriving 30 minutes late, and had no credentials proving his affliliation with the company. He did not ask where we wanted things, just installed them. He did not show us how to change the alarm code or add additional codes, he did not provide a manual, and no information on the services/features of our plan was provided. No phone numbers for the alarm monitoring company (Monitronics) or the billing company (Safe Home, Inc.) were provided. We received emails with our monitoring and installation agreements, where we finally found a phone number. We called the company the next day to determine what our plan offered, and no one answered. I called several more times and left multiple messages; never received a phonecall back. I checked the website http://www.safehometech.com/ and called the phone number there, which took me to the same voicemail. I finally found a contact us link on the site, and emailed them that I needed an urgent call back. I received a call back finally from a different number on a very poorly connected cell phone. I asked how to cancel the services and mail back the equipment, and the man instructed me to email the same contact us email. I asked for confirmation of the cancellation, which was not provided until I emailed them back two more times. This was a terrible experience. I'm so glad Vivint Sky stopped in on us--we got a way better product/feature array for not much more money, and the customer service experience was 20 times bettter.
