Rosy's Brazilian Cleaning & Housekeeping

I have been using them every 2 weeks for the year , it is a standing appointment every other Thursday. Since Christmas fell on a Thursday, I checked 2 weeks ahead and was assured that the house would be cleaned the day before, When I got home it was not cleaned nor was there a message. When I contacted them m I was told sorry, too busy.Maybe in a couple of weeks. I argued and finally was accomodated the following week but it was obvious that the company took other one time job. This had happened once before. The last cleaning was not good and she gets angry, although there cleaning is usually good, it is not worth wondering if they will show up

Great service! The ladies were very nice. Four women were sent out. They were running a little be late, but made up by staying later. Overall the experience was very good and I will be having them back. They dusted every inch of the house (including the chandelier), deep cleaned the bathrooms (they look brand new!), vacuumed, mopped, wiped down base boards, cleaned the mirrors, and took out all the trash. They did in three hours what would have taken me days! Great experience, can't wait to have them back!

Super job from the top to the bottom. 3300 sq feet in about 3 hours.

Cleaning service was exceptional. Two ladies came about 10 minutes early and began promptly. They provided all equipment and supplies. The ladies did not speak very good English but I had no problem understanding them when they spoke to me. The cleaned the base boards, vacuumed, cleaned the ceiling fan blades, scoured the bathrooms, I have two and half baths, mopped, and cleaned the kitchen. Both ladies worked tirelessly for over three hours (remember they arrived early) and my house looked excellent. I plan on scheduling the service every two weeks. I'm so glad I found Rosy's Brazilian Cleaning & Housekeeping.

They did a great job! Both women were very nice and listened to all my concerns and took very good care of everything in my house. When they were finished the house smelled and looked amazing! I don't think it's ever been this clean. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

They did an excellent job!! Rosy cleaned out my oven and I didn't even ask her to do it. It is like new! I've been sick and haven't been able to deep clean so the house was dirty. I've used other cleaning services in the past and Rosy's is far superior! They did exactly what I asked them to do. My husband and kids were impressed too! Rosy also contacted me promptly and was able to do it when I needed it. I was stressing with Christmas coming so fast. We will use them again in the future!

The service was great! The team showed up on time and had the whole 3 bed/2 bath house clean in a few hours. And it was perfectly done.

This is the best cleaning service we've ever used, and we're comparing them to seven others. They exceeded our expectations, and then some. Every single item in our home was wiped, washed, scrubbed, dusted, polished, and left spotless. After a long exhaustive search, we have finally found our permanent cleaning service! I don't do reviews, but this one deserved my attention as they have earned my respect, and my ongoing business.

They are fast and thorough. They are quick to show me if things are not right...something they cannot get off the floor, or if something doesn't work properly. I feel they are very trustworthy and pleasant to have in my home. VERY hard workers! Rosy is flexible as to my schedule and I very much appreciate that.

I have been using Rosie for almost two years now. Her crews always do a great job, come when they say they will, and leave my home smelling fresh and clean when I come home from a long day at the office. I love her Brazilian style of cleaning, hardwood floors, bathrooms and all. I plan on using her for a very long time. :)

They come every 2 weeks and clean my house top to bottom. I Love it when they come. The whole house just smells so fresh.

The overall quality of work and resulting appearance were mostly good. But the path to good wasn't an easy one. When I noticed the owner was late to the estimate meeting, I called her and she explained that there'd been a problem with transportation there -- quite understandable, given the traffic that day. She gave my condo a once-over and said what the price would be for a trio of cleaners for three hours. The day of the cleaning, her crew arrived a half-hour late and got to work upstairs in apparent earnest. My requests to tackle a problem area were answered affirmatively -- although, be warned: There is a language barrier, if you don't speak Spanish. Only one of the three women on duty that day was able to speak passable English. And, questions to her often resulted in spirited discussion in Spanish and occasional laughter from her colleagues. Not long after the crew arrived (perhaps 40 minutes), the English speaker asked me to order a pizza for them. I went out and got the pizza because the delivery time was exorbitant. When I told them the pizza was ready, the English speaker attempted to pay and then chided me for not being able to break change the way she wanted. About an hour later, after they'd finished eating (they'd managed to continue to clean but at a slower pace), they moved to the downstairs of my condo. I walked around the upstairs and saw they hadn't been able to clean the problem area after all. As they tackled downstairs windows, I saw they were cleaning only the windows' interiors -- even though they easily could be flipped down to allow access to the exteriors. On a downstairs window that needed both sides cleaned, I flipped the pane to afford access. And they cleaned it. "I'll need this done for all the windows," I explained. The trio exchanged looks but didn't say they would. Just-used paint brushes had been moved from my sink to the counter, and paint had been tracked on the floor. Full disclosure: It's possible I did the tracking, but there was no effort made by them to remove the paint or even bring it to my attention, until they saw me on my hands and knees trying to clean it. When they announced they had completed the job and were about to leave, I reminded them about the windows. They dialed the owner, who proceeded to rudely tell me that we had discussed inside-only window cleaning the day before (we hadn't) and that they only cleaned the insides of windows. By that point, they were more than an hour over the promised three. I relented and paid. The next day showed that they'd missed some areas, for all the time and bustle: Living room floorboards (an area I'd stressed) weren't so clean. The floor area behind a toilet hadn't been cleaned. And a few conspicuous spiderwebs remained. I tended to these. Again, the results were mostly good. But, it felt a bit like an ordeal to get there.

It went well, they were very courteous, responsive, and helpful in coordinating a time. We didn't have to be home. Cleaned everything pretty well except underneath some furniture.

She is very flexible. Her team is amazing. They do a great job. They are fast, and they are very reliable. She has great communication. I can contact her if I texted. She will show up when I want her to. That is fantastic.

They advertised with all these different times and it turned out that they couldn’t come out on the weekends. On their Angie’s List page is says they are available on the weekends. I contacted them via the Angie’s List messenger and phone to try and arrange a time for them to come out, but it just didn’t work out. They were nice and courteous though. I inquired with Angie’s List for a refund.

It was good, they were really good cleaners. I thought they would clean the whole house, but they wouldn't clean the whole house for what I paid, it was too big. They were willing to do part of the house for the amount that I paid, but they cleaned it really well, and so it seems fair to me. My wife was happy with the service. They were very responsive. When I called them, the woman said that I should text her the time I wanted her to call me, and I found that to be weird.

I am unsure of the exact date of service. I offered the cleaning to my assistant as I was unable to use the voucher within the specified time period.

They did a miraculous job. My mom had around 10 bags of trash that the clean team bagged up. I praised Rosie and thanked her do much for what they had done.

They only cleaned once even thought we scheduled more appts. When I tried to contact them for follow up, they never returned the calls. The one time they cleaned, they did a spotless, thorough job.

They were here for about two hours, they cleaned five rooms and my kitchen. They cleaned the oven and a small electric counter top stove that I have. Two girls did the cleaning. They did a pretty good job. When they came they did a thorough job.

General cleaning. They worked quickly and did a good job. I had to reschedule and they were very agreeable about that.
