Rosy's Brazilian Cleaning & Housekeeping

We have used several cleaning services and I can honestly say that Rosy's is the very best I have used. The three cleaners that came to work on our home cleaned every nook and cranny and they didn't leave until the job was done. Most services rush to finish the job, not Rosy. I will most definitely use this service again!!

We are having construction work done in our home and needed to have it deep cleaned before 7 family members arrived to stay for Christmas week. Rosie's workers did a fabulous job, and we would certainly hire them again!

Rosie is very easy-going when I am forced to change days -- although I do give her notice. However, SHE has never failed to show up for a day or said she couldn't make it. She and her team are all friendly, obliging and very hard-working. We've been using Rosie for over 4 years. We feel very lucky to have her. I recommend her highly.

I found Rosy on Angiies List and called her on a Saturday to see if she could clean my home the following Monday or Tuesday. Even though she isn't open on Saturday, she answered my call and came to my home on Sunday to get an idea of how much it would be, how many people she would need and the approximate time it would take. She and her crew of five arrived on time on Monday. I was thrilled that she was able to do it on such short notice, considering it is the week of Thanksgiving! She had had a cancellation so I was very fortunate. As I looked around my home after they had finished, I was actually blown away at how clean it is. Light fixtures and baseboards and everything in between....the detail is amazing. Even down to the flowers that the end of the toilet tissue was made into. I have had a lot of cleaning companies in my time, and Rosy is leaps and bounds above the rest. I'm so thankful I found her! Highly, highly recommend her.

The service was amazing. I haven't seen my light fixtures or baseboards this clean since i bought the house. my children squealed with delight at the state of their rooms! They even cleaned my laundry room! who cleans a laundry room? I'm jumping up and down I'm so excited.

I purchased an deal from Angie's List and sent Rosy's team available times. She quickly responded that they could be here the next day at 1 pm. Awesome! I sent her my address and phone number. I loved that they could come out so quickly! Moving on to 1 pm the next day... no cleaning people, no phone call, no text. 2 pm.... no word. 2:20 pm... I get a text saying they will there in 40 minutes if that is ok, the traffic is bad. Hmm... but I say ok. 3 pm (40 minutes later).... no word, no people. They finally arrived at 3:45 pm. 3 ladies come in, say hello, and go straight to work. They didn't ask me anything specific, they just went up the stairs. I had to follow them to tell them there were 2 rooms I did not want cleaned. For the next couple of hours, they cleaned like crazy. I just moved into this house with my new husband and we'd been unpacking and not cleaning so my house was very dirty and grimy, especially the bathrooms. I am embarrassed by how gross they were. Now, they all sparkle! Seriously, these ladies did an amazing job cleaning! Everything was dusted, ceiling fans cleaned, doors wiped down, floors scrubbed/vacuumed with the cute little lines, the couch was vacuumed, and the bathrooms... they couldn't have done a better job. They even cleaned inside my coffee pot and emptied the grounds. I'm very impressed with their cleaning skills. So, I'm torn. I want to give them an A because they are amazing cleaners and they stayed an extra 10ish minutes to get everything done which I really appreciate and they came the day after I bought the deal. However, the lack of communication and wrong information about when they would actually be here caused me to be waiting and not doing some other stuff that I needed to do, so I'm going with a B overall. I'm not opposed to a delay, I get that things happen, but I would have appreciated a text around 12:45 or 1 saying something like "we will be here at 3:45" so that I could plan my day better. Overall, I would recommend them and hire them again because they clean so very well.

We have used Rosys for almost a year now and are thrilled ! They do a great job cleaning and are very responsive. The crew cleans once every two weeks. It is so hard to find a good trustworthy cleaning crew that also cleans very well. Definitely recommend this company and glad we found them through Angies list.

Rosy and her crew are very professional and do a thorough job of cleaning. In fact, I have used four other services or individuals in the past, and Rosy's Brazilian is far superior. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needing a deep clean before house goes on the market...Rosie and I emailed...she came and looked at my home...(At time she came, house was a mess but since her visit and before the ladies came to clean. I had moved a bunch of stuff out of house and actually did some cleaning.) She gave me a price of $300 to do a deep clean. (approx 1200 sq ft for one floor) We went over my list of the things I wanted done and she said no problem it is what they do anyways. List was base boards, blinds, oven, front of cabinets, hardwood floors, dust off walls, laundry room, bathroom, two bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, living room and kitchen. I was told five ladies would show up but only four came...they were on time and very nice. They were there for only 2 1/2 - 3 hours. When they told me they were finished, I looked at base boards and kitchen cabinets and they had not been cleaned. (Rosie told me she had product that would get some of the stuff off cabinets. Not major dirty but are white cabinets that show dirt more.) I pointed this out and the lady said it had been clean but it was stained and I need to pay extra. I told her I am paying for a deep clean. So I grabbed a rag and put some Pledge on it and wiped it. Came right off. Then went to base board and did the same. Came right off. Plus one area she said they cleaned had a cob web so I knew it had not been cleaned. She called the ladies back in and they started cleaning the base boards. I got a text from Rosie saying they had text her and the stuff was stained and couldnt come off. I text her back saying no, they hadnt cleaned it. I then went into bedroom. I found a whole section that had not been dusted. They then dusted that. They finished cabinets, baseboard and bedroom section. I paid them and gave a tip. Text Rosie that is was all good. My fault, I should of walked thru the rest of the house. After they left, I went around the house. Only one of the blinds had been cleaned. The rest had not. The oven was only partially clean. The baseboards in bathroom had not been clean nor the floor. Dusting in some areas had not been done. I sent pictures to Rosie that night of a couple items not done. She did offer to send two ladies out the next day but I informed her that it would be to late. The house is going on the market and the realtor was sending over a photographer to do the pictures of the house. I had to spend that night plus next morning cleaning my house. Rosie did apologize stating they try their best but do make mistakes. Rosie and her ladies were very nice but I am not happy with the end product esp with spending $300 plus tip for all four ladies, to end up doing a bunch of the work myself. I do not believe they used product while dusting or cleaning the baseboards but just a rag to wipe it. In the end and after a night of no sleep to get house ready, I was not happy.

I've been using Rosi's cleaning for almost 4 yrs and I'm hooked! I have a 4000sf house which gets cleaned every other week. They've never missed a cleaning date and are consistent with their excellent work. I totally trust them and I love coming home to a clean house with a just cleaned fragrance and climb into the bed that night with clean and crisp sheets. The carpets have the professionally vacuumed fluffy pattern and the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen are spotless. They make our wood floors glow with their Brazillian mop. It's as good as cleaning the floors by hand! I luv it! If I ever need to rearrange the schedule, Rosi is very responsive, even on short notice. She's very accommodating. It's true, communicating is a little difficult with the language, but, there's usually one person on the cleaning crew that can understand if I have a special request or question. If not, it helps to be able to text Rosi, who usually texts back right away. In fact, texting is how I almost always communicate with Rosi to help with the language and understanding. Some people may say that her pricing is high, but, compared to others I've tried, you can always count on Rosi's cleaning to be excellent and professional every time.

My wife wants to adopt Rosie and her girls..... It was the first time in a long time (the house was a rental for 6 years and it smelled like it) smelled clean and crisp. Rosie did have a tiny bit of trouble with dates, but it was sort of crazy around the 4th of July holiday.

Two of the girls spent an inordinate amount of time in only one bathroom (which is being completely gutted and redone) so had been neglected somewhat. The other girl cleaned only two bedrooms and part of the entrance hall. A very small bathroom which was dusty from not being used was also cleaned. Nothing was done in the living room, dining room nor kitchen, but the owner sent me a text saying my house was very dirty and she could send 2 more girls for an hour to finish the job for $100. I declined as I was having some health procedure prep and just wanted everyone out of my house at that point. I am a clean person, but not tidy so part of the criticism was warranted. Has anyone else had this experience with the company?

They had a little trouble find the house and were a little late. After they arrived the service was great.

Rosy's team consistantly does an excellent job. I contacted Rosy the beginning of March for a deep clean - I called her number and she asked that I text my address. She came over the next day to see what the size of my house is and what condition it was in. Rosy is from Brazil but speaks good English - she explained how her team is trained and how long they've been with her We set up a date and negotiated a price. The gals arrived at the appointed time without Rosy and introduced themselves. It took the team of three over four hours to deep clean my 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. I was so impressed with the work they did that I hired them to come regularly every other week. They have been here 4 more times for a bi-weekly cleaning of our empty nester home - we only use the main areas of our house. The spare rooms get a quick dusting and vacuum - which is fine. I strip the master bed and leave clean sheets which they make-up first thing. Rosy's gals bring their own cleaning products, rags, vacuum cleaner and mop. I have a lot of wood floors and they mop them every time. A team of three gets the job done in 2 hours and it is always great to have a sparkling home. I should point out that I am at my house the entire time but stay out of their way. That does not seem to be a problem for the cleaning team. The cleaning crew is all women and they don't speak much English although usually one of the three can understand me. Otherwise I use an English-to-Spanish dictionary on my phone if there is something specific I want to say. For example, the carpet freshener was scented and I have allergies so I asked them not to use that anymore. But they don't need any direction - they know what to do and get the job done. I had not had the same team of three twice but there is always one that has been here before. Rosy has seven (?) gals working for her. I contact Rosy via texting which is her preferred mode of communication. I have had other cleaining franchises do my house over the years and have always been somewhat disappointed. This is the first time I've had no complaints and I am happily continuing to use Rosy's Cleaning service.

Overall the service was good. There were 7 individuals that showed up and completed the job within 3 hours. They did really good work. There were only a few locations where they did not move small furniture to clean behind. However, based on other reviews - I personally moved a great deal of items around (or put them on sliders) so that they would clean them. I removed most items off of my counters as well.

I have been using Rosie's cleaning services for about 2 years. They come every other Friday. They are focused and get right to work. They clean the bedroom and change my sheets. They clean all of the floors and stairways. I have 5 indoor cats and they take care of all of the hair. The bathrooms are cleaned, tub and showers. They even leave little flowers on the tissue. The kitchen is cleaned, gas burners and all the trash is taken out. the carpets and rugs are cleaned and all of the floors moped

I can't imagine this service having been any better. The team of cleaners that came to our home did an absolutely exceptional job and I am still finding things days later that they thoroughly cleaned that I never even given a thought to cleaning myself. An exceptional company that I will use again without question!

It went great! They were very nice and very good at cleaning my house. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rosy came by to take a look at my house and quoted me for a deep housecleaning. My home was long overdue for a cleaning! When I arrived home, I could smell the clean-ness before even opening my door. The house looked amazing! I will be having Rosy come by twice a month. She quoted $100 for biweekly cleaning which is a great price! Also, she is very friendly and pleasant to work with - I know she's extremely busy but is very responsive through text which is very convenient. I highly recommend her service.

The company was not going to honor the deal I bought so I did not end up using their services.

This was my first experience with house cleaning, so that may influence me in what I say. Two ladies arrived promptly, and I told them they didn't have to worry about the basement. I mainly wanted the kitchen and bathrooms done. My husband and I left to let them work. When we came back after just over two hours, the work was done. My only complaints were some things moved without being put back where they'd been, and some of the white granular-looking cleaner left in corners on the rugs. Next time I'll know better what to expect.

Rosie & her crew were kind, punctual, thorough, and efficient. I as extremely pleased with their performance.

I highly recommend Rosy's services. I was very pleased, and I am going to use this service again. When the cleaning crew left, my house felt like it had had a make-over, from head to toe. They even folded my towels and toilet-paper rolls in those cute, fancy designs like at hotels or on cruise ships. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

The three girls who came did a great job. I got their names, because I'll ask for them to come back the next time. They came into the house, asked me if I wanted them to do anything in particular. Then they each went into a room and started cleaning.
