Rosy's Brazilian Cleaning & Housekeeping

They cleaned my home like when we first bought it. I would highly recommend them. They left nothing out! As always, if you have little kids like I do, be sure to check the blinds strings and the strapped high chairs as they thoroughly cleaned these too, and may need to be readjusted by the parent(s) for safety. I have found that to be the case no matter who has cleaned or done work on my home. I have already booked another appointment for two weeks from now. Amazing job!!!

Rosy's crew did an amazing job. Our house (4,600 sq. ft.) is immaculate. Even my husband was hugely impressed. A crew of 3 women arrived a little after the designated time and got right to work. They brought all their own supplies and equipment. A couple hours later two more women arrived. They moved everything necessary to get into corners, cracks and crevices. They cleaned EVERYTHING. Tops of bookcases and cabinets; air returns; under beds. Everything. In total they were here for about 7 hours - over 30 labor hours by my calculation. Our house sparkles. We got the whole house deep clean special for $300. But we decided to pay them $150 extra because of how hard and long they worked and the amazing job they did. We will be using Rosy's for our regular housekeeping from now on. Hopefully the service will continue to be this good.

Everything about our experience with Rosy and her team was excellent. They are professional, hardworking, very helpful and pleasant. They left our very dirty house spotless from the crown moulding to the floors and everything in between. The service is not inexpensive, but an excellent value for the high quality of the work. We are having Rosy and her team back for regular cleanings going forward.

We've used Rosie's group for nearly 5 years now and we would never use another firm. They are fantastic, work harder than anyone I have seen, and flexible with date changes and such. Absolutely the best.

I have a large house 3500+ square feet. I purchased the deal for whole house cleaning for $299. A team came and cleaned my house. They dusted, cleaned bathrooms, swept and mopped and vacuumed. I have 3 1/2 bathrooms. They did a very thorough and good job. It took them about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to complete. Excellent service

Wonderful! The ladies are on time, work hard and quick and do a wonderful job cleaning our house. The initial detailed cleaning done was the best detailed cleaning we have had. We started off as temporary cleaning but they are so great we use them every week now.

They do an absolutely amazing job. We have a 3.300 sq. ft. home that we get cleaned once a month. They do a very thorough job and the house always looks wonderful. I highly recommend them.

From ceiling fan blades to the drawer under the stove ... It's like a luxury hotel suite but it's my house! A day later I keep finding surprises of delight. Rosy's crew went above and beyond and laughed and giggled with each other while they worked. This service is going to be addictive!

Rosy's was totally amazing. I requested next day service due to a special circumstance going on at my home and even though I was a brand new client to them, they were able to accommodate my request. When I walked into my home that afternoon, it was very noticeable that they had been there cleaning. I am pretty particular when it comes to cleaning and they did as good of a job as I would have done myself. I am very pleased with their quick response to my "urgent need" and the quality of their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

It went better than ever expected. Very professional and hard-working . They organized our bar (without asking them to), and it looks fabulous!! Worth every penny.

I spoke to Rosy initially about whether to do the deep cleaning or just regular cleaning since I have had ongoing bi-weekly cleaning for years, most recently by a "professional" cleaning service located near where I live in Hendersonville, and after that for 2 months by an individual that did better than the "professional" cleaning service. I needed Rosy to explain why I needed deep cleaning when I was having professional cleaning done regularly. I finally agreed to have the deep cleaning done, and I can't tell you how happy I was that I made that decision! Actually, I wasn't going to and my husband told me to go ahead and do it so they would have a fresh start for their bi-weekly cleaning. He was so right!! Rosy sent 4 seasoned professionals to clean our house top to bottom! It took them 3-4 hours and they did an amazing job!!! When they got here I asked them what they would be cleaning and they told me and I asked for a few specific things as well and they did those too. I was surprised how much difference it made! I couldn't believe how poorly the house had been cleaned previously. I had already made arrangements with Rosy for bi-weekly cleaning and I was really happy about that decision as well! There were 4 ladies that did the deep cleaning, and 2 of them were identified as the ones that would be doing the regular cleaning in advance - Irene and Yareli. They have now done the regular cleaning 2 more times. They are two of the hardest working people I have ever seen! They are very detailed, as Rosy promised her people would be (and all 4 of them were for the initial deep cleaning session), they are very customer focused and want to do whatever they need to do to please me (within reason of course), and they are incredibly sweet ladies! They are a mother and daughter team. The mother doesn't speak very much English, but the daughter speaks fluent English and I talk to her and she translates to her mother. It's very sweet. They both have extremely good manners, and when I told the daughter that she could call me by my first name instead of "Ma'am", she said that she didn't mind, it's how she was raised, and nodded to her mother and smiled! They are the best combination of professional, hard working, customer service representatives all in one! I've had my house cleaned for the past 15 years and in every other case (except for 1 person), I knew after the first time that I would have to leave a lot of notes to get everything cleaned to my standards. I can already tell that it won't be like that this time and it's a hugh relief! I couldn't recommend them more highly! I feel so strongly that this will be a good experience that I will update my review in the next 3-6 months and report if everything is still going as well as it is now. I truly believe that it will be though!

I tried a special on Angie's List and was so pleased I now have Rosy's clean my house on a regular basis. I have the same girls every time, which I like. They do a great job. They are very flexible if I need to change a day. They call me if they are going to be late. They work quickly but do a very good job. I recommend this service.

Once they arrive just step back and let the ladies do their job, they are experts.

There were 2 young ladies cleaning and they did a "deep cleaning" in under 3 hours. I contracted for a "deep cleaning" and in most ways that's what I got. There is a very real communication problem when speaking over the phone to Rosy and with the 2 young ladies who came to clean. Rosy did not come. I made out a step by step list but my husband said he wasn't sure if they could read it. For the most part, the house was clean when they were through, but they cleaned out the refrigerator shelves, but not the ones in the door. The buffet was not cleaned. My baseboards looked very clean, my husband said they washed them. We have a white kitchen and it looked very clean. The oven could have been a little cleaner inside, but it was a difficult job. I would not use again because of the communication difficulty.

She came round that afternoon to give me a quote and Friday afternoon four lovely ladies came as promised and deep cleaned the house for three hours. I am delighted with the results and thrilled Rosy was able to help me out at such short notice. The ladies dusted and scrubbed all the surfaces, vacuumed and cleaned the floors.

After now showing up for 2 appointments I had to ask for a refund. Missed appointment #1 "Oh, I forgot about the appointment." Missed appointment #2 - after 30 min and me texting multiple times - "The girls will be there in 45 minutes" They did show up 3 hours after the appointment, but I had already put in for a refund. Unacceptable if you want to be on any type of time schedule. Excuse: "you live 45 min away from our office"... I live in Murfreesboro...
