Excellent! Rosie was very responsive to my e-mail query and came on a separate day to see the job and provide an estimate. I was very pleased with the service and would have kept them coming once monthly if their schedules had been more flexible - that was the reason for my fair grade in responsiveness. The only day that they had available for monthly cleans in my area was on Monday and that's just not a convenient day for me. Had they been able to come regularly on Wednesday mornings, I would have definitely kept their team. I did call them back once to see if there were ANY days available for another clean but their schedule was already overloaded and Rosie was due to deliver a new baby in just a couple of weeks so I went in another direction. I don't need help every week and hope I'll be able to find someone as good as Rosie for mid-week monthly cleaning.

She is very consistent, does excellent work, and enables us to look forward to our Tuesdays! She has never canceled/forgot/was late and has worked with me on other dates when a couple of Tuesdays didn't work with scheduling. Our neighbor even commented how quick/efficient she is. We appreciate her and her service!

Rosie came and gave me an estimate on "deep cleaning" my house. I called her in the morning, and she was able to come that afternoon, which was great. The price was a little high, but I decided to go with it. I have had my house cleaned regularly for over a year and a half, and didn't really feel that it needed a $500 "deep clean," but it was dirtier than usual, since I had not had it cleaned for about four weeks. (Usually I have it cleaned every other week, which is just right .) We set the date for the next week, and Rosie brought the girls (a team of three). She left, then came back when they were finished (she's due to have a baby any day now, so isn't currently working "with" the girls). While they were working, I tried to tell one of the girls something, and realized there was a language barrier. (I think it is Spanish that we are dealing with, not actually "Brazilian," which would be Portuguese, but anyway...) she didn't understand me. So, I called Rosie (to have her relay the message), and realized she didn't understand what I was saying either. This is a problem, if I can't communicate with any of the staff. A few things that weren't up to par--when Rosie came to pick them up, there was one (tile) floor that did not look clean to me (debris along the edge that would have easily come up with sweeping and mopping), so I asked Rosie, and rather than going to see what I was talking about, she just asked the girls, they said they cleaned it, so that was that, and they left. Rosie did not check their work, but just picked them up and received my check (made out to her personally). I cleaned the dirty floor edge myself, wiping up dust bunnies and debris, but it only took a few minutes, so that was really no big deal. I did also find one small set of shutters in the master bathroom that it looks like they missed, but oh well, not really a big deal, and there was a LOT of house to clean.) They vacuumed, washed the floors, etc., dusted, and wiped down the kitchen cabinets, supposedly cleaned the inside of the oven (it still had cleaner in it, as well as some dirty spots that I later wiped down (the first time I turned the oven on after they had been here, it smelled funny--I quickly realized i needed to turn it off and remove the residue of the cleaner they had used, which was sticky, and likely unhealthy for me to be cooking food with it in there. I finished cleaning the oven, too, since it was still a bit dirty.) They had put away my dishes, which I did not ask them to do, and would have preferred that they not do--I didn't realize they were doing it, but had wondered what all that banging around was--I was busy working at my computer in another room. After they were gone, I was looking for a few different items, and it got a little frustrating, not knowing where they put it, and knowing that I couldn't call Rosie and ask, because she wouldn't understand what I was asking about. I did finally find the items I was looking for. That night, when I went to use my electric (Phillips Sonic Care) toothbrush, it no longer worked. (It turned on, but was jammed, and not pulsating correctly, as though it had been dropped. After a few minutes it stopped working entirely.) They had moved it, because it was plugged into a different outlet than normal, and evidently in the process of relocating it, they must have dropped it. It is worthless now, and will need to be replaced. That was about $80 if I remember correctly. : ( They also used a product on the natural stone in my master shower which I am absolutely sure is not to be used on stone. It says so on the label. But again, I couldn't get them to understand me, and finally gave up. Rosie told me "no bleach, it's fine." But the label says not to use it on natural stone. Now my stone looks very dry and dull. I think it stripped the sealer off of it; I'll just need to reseal it, I think. All in all, I was disappointed with the inability to communicate, and with the level of professionalism. They are very sweet girls; Rosie is very sweet; I just need to be able to communicate a little better. If the communication was workable, I might be able to talk through some of the other issues. Also, when Rosie came to give me the estimate, we discussed the "next" clean, and we set it for August 2, which I put on my calendar (we were going to be out of town for basically the entire month of July, so would not need a cleaning.) I got a call from Rosie a few days ago, and in her voice-mail she said August 9th was the date. While she was at my house (the day of the estimate), another customer had called her wondering where she was, and she told the lady no, she wasn't coming today, she was coming a different day (miscommunication appears to be an issue, maybe?) I wish I could give a better report. I joined Angie's List specifically to find a housecleaning service, and Rosie's had the highest number of good reviews of anyone on the list, I think. Now I don't know what to do. So, back to cleaning my own house, I guess, which is what I have been doing today. I have debated whether to use their service again/give it another chance, but most likely will not. I am truly sorry not to be able to write a glowing report and give them a better "grade."

They are timely, they do deep cleaning very well, and provide alternative cleaning solutions. Overall they have a kind demeanor and they're very nice!

They did a good job. The pricing was a little high. They were pleasant and easy to work with.

Rosie responded quickly with a date to come by and give us an estimate. Her initial estimate was quite high and after some negotiation a more reasonable price was agreed to. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. In short, the place looks fantastic. If you want something clean, call this company. We were extremely pleased.

We found Rosie through Angie's list. She has been cleaning our home for the better part of three months now, and we love her and her girls. They do a phenomenal job, and are extremely reasonable from a cost perspective. We'll continue using Rosie's Brazilian Cleaning Service.

Rosie and her crew are punctual and very pleasant. Rosie is so easy to work with and very accommodating when something needs to be changed. I have no doubt that we will be together for a long time. I have in fact given her name to others because she beats the pants off anyone else out there!

Since moving 2 years ago, I've searched for cleaning companies that are professional, pay attention to detail and clean wood floors well. Rosie's Brazillian Cleaning Service fits the bill. I've been spoiled for 15 years by a cleaning company that cleaned floors by hand. Now, with my dark hickory wood floors, mops just don't do the job thorough enough. But, Rosie's Brazillian mop makes the floors squeaky clean and shine, as good as if they were done by hand. When I come home, the house has a clean fragrance, the beds are made, carpet is fluffy, kitchens and bath sparkle and the floors are great! They even make little flower figures on each toilet paper roll and tissue box, almost like I'm on a crusie ship! Rosie loves what she does and if she's not able to clean the house personally, she comes by to check the cleaning crews work every month or two. She listens to your needs, she's friendly, trustworthy, licensed & would definitely recommend.

They came in and did an initial clean and given the gap in having a cleaning service and the quality of the work the previous did the 300 was well worth the outcome. The on going service has been 100 per week. The house has look better than it ever has and I plan to continue to use the service long into the future. I am pretty picky about quality and also trusting people in my home and I feel completely at ease in both cases. WOW!! Rosi and her team are amazing. Rosi contacted me and let me know when she would be here and was very punctual. She had a whole team of people helping her and they worked extremely hard. I don't think this house has ever been this clean. They were all very sweet and professional and did an excellent job cleaning. They even vacuumed the furniture and moved furniture to vacuum behind it. Our house smells wonderful. I am definitely using them on a regular basis.

It was great. They worked quickly , starting in the second floor and then moved to the first floor and kitchen. They used their own cleaning products and equipment. Very methodical in their approach. My house is approx 4000 square feet.

Rosalaine and her girls have now cleaned our house twice. She was very thorough and professional. She wants to please and she has been responsive in a positive way to my requests and suggestions. So far I am very happy. I am hoping that I will have consistent thorough cleanings in the future and as long as I do I will continue with her service.

This was Rosie's first time at my home. She and her associates did an excellent job in a short time! She is coming back every single week and continues to do as well as the first time she visited. I feel lucky to have her and look forward to her day to come. I have total trust in her care with my things. I could not be happier!!

Rosie is very sweet and has such a desire to please. She works hard, is very personable and professional. She wants very much to know if there is anything she might have missed that I would like for her to do. I think I'll keep her :-)

I rate it an excellent experience. They did as promised during initial visit. They were courteous, polite, friendly and careful with our belongings.

Rosi was early to our consultation and very thorough in the analysis and estimate. She ended up performing extra work in my apartment, which I had just moved into. During the first cleaning, she organized, moved furniture and took care to do a lot of little special things to make my experience great. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others as I have used a number of cleaning services in the past that don't come even close to what she did!

I know the house smelled good. They were nice and they came on time. They did what they were supposed to do. They did a good job and they were conscientious. I will use their services again in the future.

Rosilaine has cleaned for me for almost 8 years, and she has been wonderful to our family! She is dependable, hard-working, and very flexible. She is a woman of great faith, and she is honest and kind. She is very particular about her cleaning, and takes great pride in providing excellent service for her clients. They are very reliable, do an excellent job, and are so friendly to our family (my boys just love them, as do I!). They do an excellent job cleaning and use good quality products (although we choose to supply our own, as we are particular about using Seventh Generation frangrance-free products). I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They clean our home from top to bottom and do an excellent job!

I've enjoyed Rosie's cleaning now for 2 years. She arrives at the set time and cleans top to bottom. I have been @ home and worked in one room and then another as she finished. I have also given her my garage code and she has come in and done her work faithfully. She is both trustworthy and good @ her job. Bathrooms sparkle, kitchens are immaculate, and odd jobs are included... sometimes cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, sometimes folding our granddaughter's clothing that was strewn on the floor! Imagine teens leaving a mess! I would recommend Rosie to anyone & everyone.

Rosilaine usually brings a helper with her and everyone seems to do a good job. One thing i value is that she is in and out very quickly. I'm home so the less time i have to spend staying out of her way, the better. It doesn't seem to mean a less clean house, either. Sometimes she comes a little later than she said she would and sometimes she has to reschedule but she never forgets.

I have used this service for 6 years, and I greatly value their help. They take great pride in their work, and are very careful with my furniture and furnishings. They are trustworthy and friendly, and willing to do more than I ask for. These are good, Christian,hard-working people who are serious about the business of housecleaning, and I highly recommend them for any size house!
