Rosy's Brazilian Cleaning & Housekeeping

Great. I asked for communication before and after but team arrived/left and and followed through. Very pleased. My former service performed a lazy cleaning and at least this far Rosies's team has cleaned just as well as I would have done it.

Job started on May 1st @ 8:30am. Walked through the house explaining what was agreed too. The leader already knew exactly what was expected. I went outside to do my house/yard work. It was a dry beautiful spring day. I could see from windows and doors they were cleaning walls, ceilings, lights/fans(5), & floors. They moved all furniture to clean floors under, even beds. Both kitchen's cabinets(old knotty pine paneling type) were cleaned and shined inside and out, amazing! All hardwood (3 rooms), and tile floors were cleaned and waxed. Bathrooms(2 1/2) tubs, toilets, vanity, and yes walls and floors were spotless. The ladies were always busy, never knew if they even stopped for a break or even lunch. They were dedicated to getting the job completed and satisfactory to me. I did a walk through and was totally joyous/happy and satisfied with the results. Ladies left around 3pm. Anybody want to buy a CLEAN house?

I called Rosie on a Saturday and she came to our house to give us a quote on Sunday. She looked over the entire house, and I requested some extra services that aren't normally tackled (cleaning out the gunk on the sills between the windows and screens, and scrubbing exterior thresholds). I had seen her reviews on Angie's List and knew that the job would not be inexpensive. However, I had been sidelined by ankle surgery, and could not personally do everything that needed to be done while working 60 hour weeks. Rosie quoted her price. I accepted immediately. It seemed fair. She promised to check her calendar and let me know when her team could get started. Later in the evening she texted me to say they could come on Wednesday. On the scheduled day, three ladies showed up with all their tools. We briefly discussed what needed to be done, and they got right to work. They started at around 11:50 a.m. and finished about seven hours later. They were very efficient and focused on their work. Everything looked and smelled amazing. They cleaned things that I didn't expect. The microwave was awful. It was so clean after they left, I hated to even use it fearing that it would get messed up. It was a great experience. I would certainly use Rosie and her team again! I cannot properly convey how impressed I am. I just wish we didn't live so far out, because I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for biweekly cleaning. Do yourself a favor and hire Rosie. You will be thrilled to relax in your pristine home after her team has finished.

Really swell. We use them every two weeks and every time they do a great job. Two-three ladies show up and they do the whole house in 2 - 2.5 hours and it's great.

Rosie and her workers do a great job. Every professional and good cleaning company. They do many little extras that add value to their fine services. I have recommend them to many friends.

I called Rosie on a friday and on saturday she came to my home to look at it. On Monday a crew of 2 came to my home and cleaned it for 6 hours without stopping for the deep clean. They were extremely thorough and did excellent work; much more than I expected. Her prices and quality is exceptional. I had talked with other cleaning services; this was head and shoulders to them. An excellent, very professional job. Everything shines, the kitchen looks incredible. Bathrooms are great, baseboards have never looked this good. Everything smells very naturally clean and fresh. We are so glad we picked Rosie based on her reviews. We would definitely use her again in the future without hesitation.

This visit was the second time Rosie and her Team came to deep clean the house. Both times, I noticed everything that I expected to be clean was, and I even saw evidence that things were moved slightly so that the furniture /shelf could be dusted. We hadn't discussed the stairs, but I appreciate that Rosie cleaned the stairs, too. Her vaccuum is definitely better on the stairs than mine! Everything smelled fantastic, too. I am trying to determine how I can afford for her to come by monthly.

We love Rosie and her team. They have been cleaning our house every 2 weeks for over a year. They are very consistent and do a great job cleaning. They really get in there and pay attention to the details. Rosie also saved the day when we got stuck in Detroit due to a snowstorm - she came by to make sure our cats had enough food. Now that is service!!!

Rosies Brazillian Cleaning gets A's all across the board. She cleaned our house before we moved in. The main part of the house is 200 years old and the floors are original. There were at least two of them. They did a total clean of the house. This included the bathrooms, the closets and the woodwork as well as the floors. I plan on using them for my yearly cleaning. She was 8 1/2 months pregnant and still came! They were very very good. That shows their level of dedication.

This was a very good experience.the only wrinkle was that the owner was unable to come for the estimate when as originally planned. But she called and came over the next day.

We had a fantastic experience with Rosie and her cleaning team- They are excellent cleaners, very professional, polite and friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are continuing to use the service on a regular basis and continue to be very pleased. Our bathroom showers are cleaner then they have ever been and the house just sparkles it is so clean.

Called Rosie when I read reviews of her work in Angie's List and arranged for her and her team to do a deep clean of a specified area of the house. She wanted to visit and see the area before we set the date. She arrived at the time we agreed on the next day and we discussed in detail what I needed done, We set the date and time for her visit. She arrived promptly and worked steadily with one other person. They did a thorough cleaning of floors, baseboards, shower and tub, toilets, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen appliances. I found Rosie to be quite easy to work with; professional, knowledgeable, punctual and pleasant and have arranged for her to clean on a regular basis.

She responded quickly and followed through with an excellent service.

I Rosie and her crew are professional , courteous, punctual , and efficient . They are easy to communicate with and willing to pay special attention to certain areas of my house when needed. They do a fantastic job, and delightful to be around, as well. I would recommend their services.... two thumbs up!

She did a great job. I noticed that the floors, baseboards & shower doors were really clean. She even cleaned light fixtures. Overall she did a really nice job.

Thank goodness for Rosie and her team!! I've wanted to get our house cleaned professionally for the last several years, though I kept telling myself that I would thoroughly clean the house eventually. Well, time is money, my husband and I are extremely busy, and between us, the kids, and the cat, our house needed some love, so it was time to act! We also do not have a large house. I chose Rosie because she received so many rave reviews on Angie's List. I called her, was easily able to reach her, and we scheduled a time for her to come by and give me an estimate within the next day or two. She was on time, very friendly, very professional, and listened to my questions and points about the house. On the day of the cleaning, three of Rosie's team members came over, right on time, and immediately got to work. They were also very friendly and thoughtful. I was SO excited. I was working in my home office that day, so I was around for the entire cleaning though tried to stay out of their way. When they had questions (they had very few) they came to me, and I appreciated that. However, it was obvious that I did not have to be at home while they were there. I took great joy in hearing them working and knowing what the results would be. At one point, one of them brought me a cat toy they'd unearthed from behind the entertainment center. I walked by them every now and then and they were always hard at work, and at the end of the day, during my joyous walk-around, I found places they'd cleaned that I had not even thought to point out, and I saw things sparkle that I thought would never sparkle again. In addition, there were areas and surfaces that I'd worked on with my limited cleaning skills, and they cleaned them brighter than I could ever accomplish. This was truly the deep clean that I needed. I've tried some of the more well-known corporate services before (I am sure they are not all created equal) and even if they were a bit cheaper, they were not worth one bit of the money. You get what you pay for, and I would rather spend a little more and be amazed than spend a little less and have wasted the money. I feel that our family is healthier and when I think about the time that Rosie's team saved me, that I can spend working on my new business, I am so very grateful to have found them. I recommend Rosie and her staff to anyone.

Top to bottom cleaning of my new house, which had LOTS of dust from renovation. Excellent work. I scored punctuality as a B, but in all fairness, she did call and tell me she was on her way. It was a reasonable delay. I would HIGHLY recommend Rosie.

I became a member of Angie's List because I was looking for someone to clean my house. It is hard to find someone that really does a good job and does what they say they will do. When I was looking in Angie's List for a housecleaner, I noticed that Rosie Brazilian Cleaning scored high marks so I decided to try them out. Rosie came to my house to give me an estimate and told me what her company does for a deep cleaning. I've been down this road before with other cleaning companies and have been very disappointed. Rosie was clear about what they would do (ALOT!) and there were no surprises. When Murielle and Patricia arrived (on time), they began working immediately. They were very pleasant and focused on their work. I had to leave the house for a few hours. When I returned, my house looked cleaner than I have seen it in years. It has been nagging me to clean the house whenever I find myself watching TV or working on my PC. I hate feeling guilty when I put off those house chores. No more. I was so impressed with Rosie and her team that I am going to have them come clean my house every two weeks. Rosie's prices are competitive and fair. I'm embarrassed to say, but I have not cleaned my 2" wood blinds in years. I knew there would be dust build-up on them so I had the crew clean them in every room.. I don't know what type of cleaner they use, but the blinds look spectacular. Do I recommend Rosie? YES! If you want your house to sparkle, call Rosie. (I promise I don't work for Rosie :). I rarely go on and on about a service, but this was a good experience. You will also rave about Rosie after you've used her services.

I called Rosie on Monday and she had someone come to house within an hour to give an estitmate. Today was the first day they cleaned for me and I will continue to have them clean. They did a great job at a fair price. I've been through 5 different services and Rosie is a keeper

I have been using Rosie for quite a few months now...She never disappoints...Her and her staff are very friendly and get to work immediately upon arrival...Any questions or concerns she happily addresses and she goes out of her way to make me happy...She does not shy away from a challenge and is eager to please...Last week she tackled a large stain on the carpet that I had previously told her not to worry about (no way it was coming up - I thought)...She got the stain out !!! Couldn't believe it, and I did not even ask her to do it...She's always been good to me...She wants the work and wants to work...This kind of ethic, I wish you saw in all people you do business with...

Rose and her team did a great job with the initial cleaning ($300), and we continue to enjoy her services every two weeks ($150)! They are punctual and thorough and willing to do additional cleaning services as requested. We are very satisfied and plan to continue to have Rose work for us. We would definitely recommend her to others.

We called Rosie about a week prior to our move to set up an appointment for her to come out and look at our house. She walked through our whole house to get an understanding of the scope of the project and then gave us an estimate of $300. To us, this felt like a lot of money, but when the cleaning day came and three people showed up and cleaned our whole house for about 3.5 hours, and we saw how amazing the results were, it was definitely worth it! The house looked amazing and was certainly ready to look its best on the market. We had to change the cleaning day at the last minute because our moving company changed our moving day at the last minute. Rosie was able to accommodate this change (we only gave her about 24 hours' notice). Even though the cleaning crew could not come quite as early on the new date, they were able to come, which was a big help to us. In the end, we were very glad that we hired Rosie's team, and were especially glad that we paid someone to clean our house rather than trying to do it ourselves after the move.

THey were very thorough, including getting some spots up out of the carpet without being asked! They are also very good at moving/arranging clutter in order to get to surfaces. The products they used on our hardwood floors did not make them sticky or dull. After doing such a good job, I retained them for regular bi-weekly cleanings. They are also pet-friendly and work around our big, fluffy dog!
